How can I automate adding new users to a Google Sheet, sending them a product key, and updating the database?

Hi folks, brand new to Zapier but I can’t wait to see it work its magic!  I have the following situation I’m hoping to automate:- I have a spreadsheet for new users that is auto-filled by a Google Form (first name, last name, etc). When a user’s details appear as a new row, there is a blank column for product key.- In another worksheet (inside the same Google Sheet), there is a list of product keys- When we add a user to the database, we cut a product key from that worksheet and paste it into the main worksheet in the product key column- We then compose an email to the user with their first/last name, the product key, and redemption instructions. - Finally we add their user account details to our database with an SQL insert query. What I’d like to do here is automate the above workflow (if possible) as follows:New row appears in spreadsheet → Cut the last product key in the column from the product keys worksheet → Paste that key into the correct column in the main worksheet → Compose a

How to push data from Zapier to my own website in real time

Hello!I’m currently running an event and selling tickets online through a service that has a Zapier integration. The integration has a Zap that can push data each time a ticket is sold. What I would like to do is set up a custom ‘tickets sold’ counter that displays on my website header. Since they have the integration to give me this data each time a ticket is sold, does anyone know of a good way to push that data to my website and update in real time every time a ticket is sold? I’m not super proficient when it comes to writing code, but I can get by if I need to :) any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I am using the CVENT New/Updated Attendees Trigger to pass info to Google Sheets, however some of the details I was able to pull previouslky no longer seem to be available. I have a Zap running that auto downloads completed DocuSigns to one drive. I’d like to use the custom fields within the document (client id, client name, etc) to name the PDF rather than things like sender. Is that an option?Thanks,Brandon

How can I keep track of complex Zaps with multiple paths and filters?

We use Zapier for a variety of web-to-lead functions (Zapier Parser, ConvertFlow, TypeForm) which log customer details in our CRM (Close.io) and send different different sales sequences to leads, depending on their web form responses, what page they were navigating, etc. We use Zapier paths and filters extensively to make this work. We currently have 5-6 different zaps all filtering leads from our website into this process, and the complexity of the filters and paths keeps on growing and growing. It’s getting hard to keep track of. I’m seeking assistance - ideas and tools for how to keep track of this mess of zaps, conditions, filters, etc. For example:It would be great to have a tool that helped me to keep track of which combinations of different web form selections and other conditions are generating which results (i.e. which email is sent, which CRM fields are completed). I’d use this to test out the logic of a zap structure prior to building and testing it in Zapier, which can take

I am trying to create a Notion table resembling a vendors table. The table will include contract start and end dates. Additionally, I have a formula field that calculates the reminder deadline date, which is six months prior to the contract end date. My goal is to use Zapier to send alerts via Gmail (owners field) and Slack channels when the reminder deadline date matches the current date. Is it possible to achieve this using Zapier, or are there better alternatives available?

Fixed input form as trigger for Zap using ChatGPT

We have a process we currently do in ChatGPT web to take an industry/market, a country, and one of our products. It is not a chatbot, but rather a series/chain of prompts that outputs 4 different table and/or text outputs. There are a lot of permutations and we have to start from the beginning of the conversation for every one.I have tried different Zapier triggers like Interfaces beta and Tables. What I don’t want to do is to create a new submission (like Google or MS Forms) for every one.My hoped flow is:Start with web form where industry, country, and product are chosen Look up lengthy product description, since Tables has a character limit Pass those variables to the ChatGPT chain, outputting (or appending) to a file/doc (we would prefer OneDrive or Confluence)I hope that explains what I am trying to do. I am really more concerned with the starting step because all I’ve found is either chat starts or fill out a form app.

Hi Zapier Community,  I have a root cause check for digestive problems in typeform.Is it possible to make this?I have questions for:Do you have mental problems? Do you have digestive problems?Do you have problems with your teeth?…. All illness begin in the gut. I am trying to:Copy files added to a column in Monday.com called Attached Files to a specific folder in my GDriveI created this zap to do the following:When an update is made to an item in Monday (NOTE: It would not surface my files column when I tried to use “Specific Column Value Changed in Board) Get the column values for the Files column Extract the URLs separately Loop them so that each URL is sent to GDrive on it’s own rather than as a zip file (NOTE: this is the step I’m having problems with) Figure out whether the file already exists in the GDrive, if it doesn’t, then Upload the file to Gdrive with the Public URL from the LoopI have two problems:this would be way easier if my Files column would surface for discovery in Step 1  I’ve tried renaming the column Using developer mode to see the name of the column refreshing the data in Zapier In Step 5, I have files that I know have been uploaded, but they aren’t being found. Can I Connect Shopify and RingCentral for Order Status?

OK, so I have been looking around and I can’t quite find an answer to this and was hoping for some guidance. We use RingCentral and Shopify.   I was hoping to create a hook between the two where when a customer calls in, then picks say Option 1 for order status, either then using the phone number they are calling from (or they can input an order #), we will be able to connect to Shopify, get specific of the order status (like shipment details), and then pass it back automatically to the caller. Is that even possible with Zapier??

How to adjust the SRT format for OpenAI Whisper transcriptions to have a maximum of 8 characters per line using Zapier?

Is it possible to adjust the format I am given SRT file from an OpenAI Whisper transcription. The translation is fine, but I need the output (SRT) to have a maximum of 8 characters per line and asking for this in the prompt doesn't seem to have any effect. The zap looks like this: 1. New file in G Drive (audio, under 25mb)2. Create Transcription in OpenAI (SRT format)3. Would love to export this SRT file but I need the character limit added.  Thanks so much, really stuck on this

Attach multiple docs created from separate templates

Hello! I have a zap that triggers from a Google Forms response and creates two Google docs from separate templates. Now I want to create another zap that sends both of these created docs with a single email as attachments. How to do it?When I create a new zap with a trigger “New file in folder” then the action step for Gmail only lets me choose attachments from that folder I chose in the trigger. But the other document is in another folder. When both of the documents from separate templates are created in the same folder then the second zap triggers twice. But I need it to trigger only once and send both of the documents in a single email as an attachment.Anyone can help?Thanks in advance!
