How do I automate updating tracking numbers for Shopify orders based on Google Form submissions?

Hello, I'm seeking a solution to automatically update the tracking number for order #XXXXX on Shopify when a Google Form submission event occurs.

My current obstacle is that I haven't been able to locate a trigger event within the Shopify application specifically for updating orders or tracking numbers.

Could anyone provide insights into potential workarounds for achieving this?
