Okay so this might make no sense… I am very new to zapier and a little confused.
So I am working with a glide app for a client and i need to use the app as my trigger i want to send an email from an email account that is hosted on some weird email host called “simply.com” so far i have not found a way to do this i need help...

Hi Troy thank you for the reply really appreciate it but i have tried to mess with the IMAP zap app and run into the problem that it only has triggers and none of which serve the purpose i need them for. Could you think of anyhing else cause i need to send an email as the action while keeping the glide app as the trigger.
