Hello there,I was wondering if anybody using Zapier in a healthcare environment. I’m a family physician in Victoria, Canada. I would love to expand the functionality of my EMR to allow for seamless automation —> like tasks, scheduling, payment processing/billing, messaging, etc. However, I am not sure about how I would ensure PIPEDA compliance. How do I automate Mighty Networks course access based on WooCommerce order line item and payment method?
I need to be able to bundle courses together under a discount program. Those courses are available through Mighty Networks. There is a way to configure access to specific courses for members within my Mighty Network.I’m interested in doing the following:Confirm that a specific line item shows up in a WooCommerce order. If that specific line item shows up, confirm that one of three payment methods have been used to complete payment for that line item: Stripe, PayPal, or Coinbase Commerce If both the line item shows up and it has been paid for, I need to grant access to multiple courses inside of Mighty Networks.Can I do that by using multiple sub-zaps and have the return from the successfully confirmed payment trigger a chain of sub-zaps to configure the access within Mighty Networks for the courses included in that bundle? Is that the best way to solve this automation need?
I’ve been billed for pro price, went to downgrade to free and paid for starer by mistake. My month end date is tomorrow. I've now downgraded to free and the screen showed £24 credit, how is that applied?Tried to contact support on the links from chat bot but that takes me to your support pages. Emailed contact@ and billing@ but both are noreply emails.Happy to delete my account but want the £24 back out of principle. Also the fact I cant raise a ticket when the chat bot is telling me to or contact you because the support pages loop back to themselves, is ridiculous and p*ssing me off. Sure I’m not the only one
Hi. I am trying to do some automation with slack to google sheet wherein if a person messages in a specific slack channel, it will be recorded in the google sheet (this is done by the way)My problem is that, whenever a person tries to reply “the message” via thread, I could not get the data in the slack thread like the person who replied, the time he/she replies and the content of his reply. Would it be possible to get the slack thread data as a text and automate it to be put in google sheet? Thank you for all your answers! Just a newbie here in Zapier :) Still trying to learn
I just signed up and created a zap for whenever a keyword phrase was mentioned. Why did I need to connect my reddit account? zapier wouldnt need access to my reddit account to know when a keyword is mentioned on reddit by anyone, so why require it? i connected my reddit account anyway (i have since disconected it) and did a test run and it seems like it searched my own reddit account (?) to see if i ever mentioned the keyword I want to get an alert for. Which makes no sense. I want to know whenever this keyword is mentioned in post title on any post. Did it truly search only my own account for mention of a keyword? there is a field that says include subreddits…? reddit is made entirely of subreddits. reddit.com shows an individualized feed dependent upon what I happen to sibscribe to, so yes of course I’d want it to check all subreddits. If I say yes, do i have to specify which individual subreddits I want it to check? or does selecting yes mean it will check all subreddits?
I want to know whether the following scenario can be created in a zap. I cannot figure out how to create zap steps to perform #3-5 below:1. Check whether a given Google Drive's folder has a new Google Sheet.2. If none, the zap can end.3. If yes, open it and search whether cell C1 (always the same cell location although it is a different file each time) has a value.4. If C1 is empty, do nothing. Go to Step 6.5. If C1 is filled, copy it and paste it into cell D1 in another Google Sheet (it is always the same file).6. Once done, move the Google Sheet located in step 3 to another designated folder. Here is the scenario incase there is another way to solve this.All in quickbooks onlineThe client has a customer Invoice in Quickbooks and they also have a corresponding Vendor Bill in quickbooks.Payments are not made to Vendors until the corresponding Invoice is paid (both use the same number).But once a Customer pays the invoice, we need to update the Vendor Bill to indicate it is time to pay it.Currently this is done by hand, using a report of recent customer payments, looking at the invoice #, then looking a report of outstanding Bills and finding the Bill Numbers that match. Finally putting that list of Bills in a spreadsheet for management to review / pay.It would be easier if once the Invoice is paid, it updates a field on the corresponding Bill, so a report can be run for Bills with a value of X in that updated field.I see there is a trigger of a payment in quickbooks, but I don’t see where I can update a Bill.Hopefully this make sense.Sorry, I am new to exploring these automa

Hi I managed to create a Zap that create a draft email when rows are updated on a oogleSheet file. It works pretty fine. I wuld like to tune it a little bit.Actually I want the email to be created only when value of cell D2 falls below zero. In the google Sheet i put a formula that says … IF( D2 is greater than 0, False, “D2”) In this way zap doesen’t gets triggered at every change of data but if the value of D2 falls below 0 ZAP gerts triggered, but it happens also when D2 raise again from zero. (i.e friend top up their credit of a car we are using toghether)Can you suggest a way so that zap is triggered only when value falls below zero?I cannot think of anything.Thanks

Hello! I created a trigger in google sheet to send an email via Gmail. In generated email, I want to attach a link embedded in Google sheet cell as a hyperlink, however, I cannot figure out how to do that. I tried HTML code but it simply sends the name of the excel sheet. I want it to look basically like this , where the hyperlink refers to a google sheet file that lives in a cell. Any solution to this? Thank you!
Hello,We started a refund process for 3 months of unused plan, because we dowgraded it to a free plan but it didn’t work and still charged us. We started the procedure of refund in billing section in our account but we didn’t receive anything. I read we have to contact the support to get the refund back. Help please.
