I am trying to automatically add RocketReach contacts into Pipedrive. I am verrryyy new to Zapier. I get to the “name” section, and I can either type something generic, or select an existing contact from RocketReach, but then I’d have to have a separate Zap for each contact in RocketReach.

How do I include the last name when connecting Calendly with Kajabi

I am capturing the first and last name on my Calendly form and also have these fields in Kajabi. However, when I create a zap from Calendly to a Kajabi form submission (which also has first and last names), I only have the following: email first name optional question I addedThere is no way to send the last name. The reason I want to send the last name is that it is possible for people to book a meeting on my Kajabi site with Calendly who have not filled any Kajabi forms so I would not have their last name. I also tried creating  Zap from Kajabi to Airtable, then Airtable to Kajabi, but this didn’t include a last name field when I used form submission for Kajabi. Any ideas on how I can get the “Last name” sent to Kajabi to create form submission record?

Only Trigger for Gmail Inbox Email

Hey all, thanks for your help.  I’m trying only trigger, or create a Spreadsheet row, when email is Inbound (don’t want to rely on labels as rules quickly move emails to labels). So I set some filters that it should only bring in where to and cc contains my email, but some of my drafts and broader blasts also contain my email so it’s bringing in those as well!  Just want inbound emails

Create Google Calender event based on Dates in an Email.

why is this so difficult? I get a weekly email with my work schedule in it.this is an example of the body of the email: Friday, December 6 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM (6h 30m) Saturday, December 7 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM (6h)  etc. All I want is to extract these dates and times and create a google calender event based on them. I’ve been trying this for an hour. Can someone help?

How to send the time a task occurs from Notion to Google tasks?

Good morning people! I love using Google Calendar and Tasks to separate events(Date-Time intervals) from tasks(Start date-time) directly from my Notion calendar. Doing this with Calendar works awesome, however, when I create a task in Notion and send it to Google tasks, google tasks always understands as if it was a task for the whole day, sends the Date but doesn’t send the time. Do you know if theres a tip/trick to do this?Thank you!

How do I export a list from Webhooks to WebCRM in one task using Zapier?

Hey everyone,I built a Zap, importing a list using ‘Webhooks by Zapier’. I then need to export the list to WebCRM. The list has around 200 items.I tried multiple ways, both exporting directly to WebCRM and running it through ‘Zapier Tables’, both using ‘Looping by Zapier’.My issue is, that when I do this, it splits it up into several tasks, instead of running it all in one. And with a monthly limit of 750, and the need to run this daily, it’s not viable that it runs a task pr. item.How can I better this? Let me know if more info is needed.

Workflow help needed! Complex Zapier process

Hi everyone, I need to implement a new project but I’m struggling to determine the most streamline setup. It’s quite complex as there are several Zaps that will be affected. Further details below.Currently, when a booking is confirmed in Airtable it triggers the events shown in the screenshot below. This zap works well, but I want to send a different Booking Confirmation Email (step 4) only when it is the client’s first booking and then complete all the other steps as per normal. Part of the complexity is that I process bookings for multiple states so the confirmation emails reference different things, and most importantly the calendar invites have different time zones for each state.I’ve considered creating a single zap for the First Booking confirmation email only, and using a path to setup versions for the different states. I would need to keep the Booking Confirmation zaps as normal so it still triggers for clients who have already booked with us. However, those that receive the se

Hi together,so basically what I am trying to get is:Every other week start trigger on Tuesday Find latest 5 star rating on Google Business Profile Send this latest rating to ChatGPT and create a FB post Post it to FB Repeat every other weekIt seems I might need to use Google Business API. If this is true, I could also do it in another way. Automatic generation of invoices

Hello community.My challenge is this: we use airtable for people in our team to get paid. For this, we must complete an Airtable form with key fields such as: full name, email address, home address, amount to be paid, detail of tasks performed, number of hours worked on each project, among others. We need to take these fields to automatically create an invoice. And we also need, once the invoice is created, to send a copy to the person who filled out the form. Can you help me to create the zaps for all this process? We don't want to use paid tools so we were thinking of using a Google Documents template, but we are open to other ways.Thanks!

How to filter messages in Discord channels

Hello everyone! I`m new to zapier and would like some help. So, I have a tf2 trade bot which trade items and send a message in a discord channel with what was traded away with a summary of the trade, here is an example:And I want to get these messages and put them in a excel! My questions are: 1 - How can I filter the message to catch only the asked and offered part of it? Since the values of “ref” are always changing, so is the name of the items in parenthesis 2-Is it possible to filter so that when is ASKED the item Refined Metal in parenthesis zapier will put in a different role? Or will I have to do 2 zaps for that?  Keep in mind that all trades that my bot does they have this same pattern, only changing some things

Is it possible to get all Fireflies.ai transcripts to Zapier?

I’m trying to get all of the Fireflies transcripts in our company to Zapier but currently it will only get triggered when a meeting is linked to my account. I contacted Fireflies support and they told me that in this case all of my colleagues would need to set up the Zapier integration in Fireflies? Anyone has any experience with this?Makes no sense to let the whole team have their account linked so very curious to have some insights on this.

Need help creating line items from Jotform input table data to use in Zoho Invoicing

Hello, I'm desperately trying to find a way to automatically invoice customers when one of our technicians fills out an invoicing form I built in Jotform. However, when the submission comes in from the Jotform, the input table information comes formatted like: ["Basic Inspection Fee","200","1","200"]|["Sprinkler System","35","1","35"]|["Water Well","175","1","175"]|["","","","0"]|["","","","0"]|["","","","0"]|["","","","0"]|["","","","0"]|["","","","0"]|["","","","0"]|["4","0","5","7"]|["0","1","2","3","4","5","6","7","8","9"]I have tried every which way I can think of and searched up and down the internet to try to figure out how to reformat this chunk of stubborn data into a format that I can use to create line items in Zoho and I'm out of ideas. It seems that I need to get rid of the brackets, the |, and the quotations to make these into useable CSV format to then separate them into different fields then map them into a Zoho Invoicing create invoice action. But I cannot for the life

How do I put new Shopify abandoned checkouts into Google Sheets?

I want to put Shopify abandoned checkouts (not abandoned carts) into Google Sheets.  However, all I see available is a Zap that does abandoned carts from Shopify. Is there a way to get abandoned checkouts?  Can that be built with webhooks or some sort of API polling? I don’t know much about coding, so I won’t understand a highly technical answer.  I’m looking for a general idea of how it would be possible.

Could you please specify on which model of GPT is based AI by Zapier nowadays? it used to be 3.5 turbo 9 months ago… we use this step for article generation as part of the flow. And second question. Is this AI request is considered as a basic task in a zap flow? Meaning that it takes 1 credit from 750 Pro plan?
