I’m having trouble integrating our RingCentral account to agent-crm.com

Can somebody assist me about this? Or what are your recommendations to make this happen? Thank you!

Regards,

Frank

Hey @Frank Sergio !

RingCentral can connect to Agent CRM, but it usually isn’t a direct one-click connection. Most setups use either the built-in phone integration inside Agent CRM or connect the two through an automation tool.

A couple things to check first.

If your Agent CRM account has the phone system section enabled, go to Settings > Phone Numbers > Add Number. Some versions of Agent CRM allow you to connect a third-party provider there using RingCentral credentials or SIP details. If that option isn’t available, it usually means the feature isn’t enabled on the account.

The other common approach is using Zapier as the bridge. You can trigger actions from RingCentral (new call, SMS, voicemail, etc.) and send that information into Agent CRM as a contact update, note, or activity. That works well if your main goal is logging calls or triggering follow-ups.

Also double check two things:

  • Your RingCentral account needs API access enabled.

  • The Agent CRM plan must support external integrations.

If you can share what you’re trying to achieve specifically (logging calls, sending SMS, syncing contacts, etc.), it’ll be easier to recommend the cleanest setup.

Thank you for responding. That’s exactly what I want to do. Our RingCentral account has API access enabled already and our Agent-CRM supports external integrations as well.

Here’s the list of the things I want to properly integrate (from agent-crm to RingCentral and vise-versa)

  1. Logging the calls
  2. Syncing contacts
  3. Sending SMS
  4. Getting the transcription of the recorded calls
