Automating responses from Google Forms to GHL calendar links

The whitelabeled GHL Zap app integration is called LeadConnector: https://zapier.com/apps/leadconnector/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Otherwise, you’d have to use the GHL API via these options:

• Webhooks
  • Premium Zap app
• Code

NOTES:

• Zaps with 3+ steps require a Zapier paid plan
• Zaps using a Premium app require a Zapier paid plan

Just came across this and wanted to double-check what you're looking to do here. Are you wanting to send a GHL booking link to someone after they fill out your Google Form, or are you looking to actually create a calendar booking/appointment in GHL automatically from the form response?

If it’s the former, and the booking link is always the same you could use a “Send Email” type of action for one of our supported email apps to send the link. As a two-step Zap that should be fine on the Free plan.

If it's the latter, that's not something the LeadConnector app supports right now, but there is an existing feature request for it. Happy to add your vote to that if that’s what you’re after, which will help to increase its priority and allow us to send you an email notification if and when it’s added. Just let me know if you want your vote added! 🙂
