When I receive a new lead in leadfeeder this send Lead to Zoho CRM OK (AUTO)When quality of lead is low (MANUALY) I go to RocketReach to search Persons related with Leadfeeder LEAD found it.If I found persons then I COPY AND PASTE the contacts to LeadFedd and ZOHO CRM (MANUAL) Is posible do this automaticly?LeadFeed > New LeadRocketReach > Search people relatedPeople FOUND > Save People to LeadFeed and Zoho CRM Thanks
Hi there!I’m trying to work out how I could solution the following challenge. A user will use a Smartsheet form to request a backup. I have some python code sitting on a local server, which i have been updating manually with the details from the submitted form. eg. Folder ID The code is then executed as part of a scheduled cron job What i’m looking to do is to take the request details from Smartsheet and parse them into the python file so i don’t need to manually edit files. Are there any ideas as to how i could achieve this? Note: I’m not looking to execute the python script on Zapier, just, update the code within the python file. Thanks for any help, Sean
Hi There, I want to send a batch of orders three times a day from shopify to my sequel program. How can i set up a zap which lets me send through a batch of new orders at different intervals throughout the day, and not repeatedly send through the same orders from ealier? I’d really appreciate any help with this. Thanks in advance :)
Mailchimp needs me to add a subscriber email field from Google forms in setting up the Zap. However there is none visible in the options given in the Zap… despite I clearly have email in Google form. Is there something I am missing here? A workaround? thank you, Andrew
I needed to run a “find” function on an app that would return an error if nothing exists. I used this clever strategy to complete the “find” using a test variable in Story by Zapier: However, my Zap will always have at least one error when it runs, so it will always turn off! I need my zap to stay on, even after it experiences an error. Is this possible? If not, is there a way to get around this? Cheers, Tristan
Hi everyone, I have created an automation thanks to which people who register through an activecampaign form are added as guests to an event previously configured on the google calendar. I used a webhook that works perfectly. Now I have to create a new automation for a new event created and configured down on the calendar. When I have to select the event to associate with the zap, the event list is no longer loaded. Even clicking on load more the events configured on the calendar are not displayed. I have already tried to reconnect the google calendar app, to copy another zap, to make the calendar public ... in short, I have no more ideas. Any suggestions? is it a bug?
Hello everyone, I’m new to Zapier and I’m a bit overwhelmed! I have a zap set up that when a lead is submitted via a Lead Form on Facebook it drops in name, email, phone to a google sheet. I also have it drop in the timestamp info. My question is how can I format that date and time? I see there is a “Formater by zapier” but I’m confused as to how to target the date in the spreadsheet with that app. Any help is very much appreciated!
I have been able to connect the majority of my Instagram accounts except 4 different accounts. The example shown “ Memphis “ is displayed in step 1 for Publer, but when you get to step 2 on the account to use, the account is not shown. The accounts are linked on facebook business integrations and instagram account is in fact a business account and linked to facebook account. Any insight would be tremendous help. Thanks!
I’d like to send an email notification when records are created in Airtable. I was able to easily create a zap that does this but the problem I’m having is that multiple records are created at once via the CSV Import block and an email is being sent for each record. Is it possible to send only one email for each batch of records that are created?
Hi, I’m new to zapier. I have a Zapier integration with a cloud based system called Arlo. It is exporting data fine into Zapier. Zapier then sends this data to MS Excel 365 into a spreadsheet. This Spreadsheet then uploads to Brick FTP. All fine. however the format the excel file is uploaded to is .xslx Our internal sales and accounts pacakage requires this file to be in .csv format in order to pull the file in from Brick FTP. Is there any way in which I can convert the .XLSX file to CSV? there does not seem to be a way to convert it. I have seen another post where it suggests to use Google Sheets and make the sheet publically accessible for the ZAP to be able to see the document and convert it, but this concerns me as the data we are handling contains customer information and needs to be securely handled. We’re using Zapier to create a ticket in Freshdesk whenever a new row is added to a Google sheet, A required field in Freshdesk is PRIORITY, with fixed value of Low (1), Medium (2), High (3) and Urgent (4). We have a column in the sheet (rating) that is a proxy for this priority with possible values 1-10. When creating the Freshdesk ticket I would like to conditionally set the PRIORITY based on the data in that column, e.g. if rating is 1-3 set Priority to Low, if 4-6 Medium, etc. I know I could do this with Paths in Zapier, but seems unnecessarily complex to create 4 different paths simply to set this one value correctly. We’re looking for a way to map / transform / manipulate the column value to appropriately set the Priority. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
I am looking for a way to import Orders from a Shop (without zapier integration) into a Google Sheet. I managed to import the email to the google sheet but all informations are in one field in the google sheet. I would like to fill every line of the email into one field of the google sheet. Is this possible? Can you link me to any guides/tutorials?
Hey, Zapier! I’d love to change the email address associated with the Zapier Community so I get topic updates to my new email address. I’ve updated my email for my actual Zapier account, but keep getting topic updates sent to my old email. I don’t see an option in Settings/Profile Settings to update this. Can y’all let me know how I might change that?
Hi, Currently, We are planning to Integrate Zapier with Salesforce instance. But, User Account provided for Salesforce through Okta SSO (Okta User name & Password) and all the users in Salesforce account have “API Only User” Enabled in profile level. So, We are unable to login the Salesforce Application in Zapier. Is there any way or workaround for this issue ?
I ran to the exact same issue connecting mailchimp to twilio. It worked in the morning and later in the day it stopped. Went into check and I now I have lost total access to mailchimp across all my zaps. Was there any resolution to this?
Seems like this would be easy to do, but I am having trouble figuring it out. My Marketing Dept. currently uses Constant Contact to send out mass e-mails, surveys, webinars, etc. to our network. They track who opens the e-mails, who takes the surveys and who attends the webinars and who doesn’t. They would like to have all of the tracking details from Constant Contact come over to Salesforce under each contacts page in a communications section that has been newly created as a related list. I am not sure if that is the proper place to start for this request, that is the reason for my outreach here. Has anyone been successful in a 2 way interface for this reason between Salesforce and Constant Contact? Thank you in advance for any assistance.
I have created the Zappier action which send me personal message whenever certain text appears in the Slack public channel I want to create the action where when I reply yes zappier slackbot message the JIRA ticket must be created For example when someone mentioned my name in the general slack channel the bot notifies me that someone mentioned you on replying yes to the message send by the bot its should perform certain action(creating JIRA ticket in my case)
