trigger received payment by PayPal or stripe to add invoice deposit to quickbooks

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if it’s possible to set a a trigger from Paypal or Stripe that a recived payment with invoice number in transaction description will updated the invoice in QB with adding deposit to certain invoice?

We want to use QB to make estimates and then send invoice prepayment for them to book our service.
