We often get connections dropping for no reason, LearnWorld today, Xero last week, ActiveCampaign a couple of weeks ago, etc.We receive the "account encountered an authentication problem." email and it’s always simply clicking reconnect, we never need to do anything to the accounts to connect.Is this just an inherent problem that everyone has?
I have a zap connected to Typeform to collect all entries via a Google spreadsheet which is then emailed daily. The issue is, this spreadsheet contains every form entry. Is there a way to reset the zap and clear the Google sheet daily, so it only collects the day’s entries.
I have been using zapier to take customer information and create lines in Airtable when they book with us. We have recently started using Monday.com and I am trying to transition everything over. The Issue:When I setup my zaps with Monday.com everything seems to be working well until I try to setup column values. I’ve looked up another article that explains how to do it, turned on monday labs, turned on developer mode and I am getting the column names by clicking the drop down arrow next to the column and typing in the grey value listed. eg. “numbers.” Can someone help?
Looking for some help with Google Sheets Formatting! My end goal is to take information from a specific row to create a new google doc from a template. Here are a few sample rows- Here’s what the doc template looks like- I only want an item (i.e. the column header food iteam) to show up if the quantity is greater than 0. Is there a way to use zapier formater or conditions to create an intermediate sheet/tab? This is what my Zap is looking like so far: TYIA!
Hi! I want to create a Zap from Gravity Form submission which creates a new spreadsheet then in THAT spreadsheet creates new rows with data from form submission. I got the first step in creating the new sheet but can’t figure out how to then enter new rows into that just created sheet. When I try an set it up ask which sheet to send to but I don’t see an option for it to go to the sheet it just created. Is this even possible? Thanks!

Hello, Do you know how I can have a Facebook Ads Lead zap to RingCentral and Create Webinar Registrant? The meetings and webinar functions of RingCentral are fully powered by Zoom, essentially RingCentral meetings and webinars ARE Zoom meetings and webinars with different branding. It is completely possible to have a Facebook Ads Lead zap to ZOOM and Create Webinar Registrant.So How can we do the same with RingCentral meetings and webinars??? Your help would be GRATELY appreciated. Richard
I’m testing out Zapier to see if it fits my needs so I have a free account right now. This means the update time is every 15 minutes. When I created a Zap to sync my Wufoo form with my Evernote it made it an “Instant” zap. How do I change the update time from instant to 15 minutes?

Hi everyone,Does Zapier have a way to access on-prem SQL servers? The current function expects a cloud-based SQL with direct IP connectivity but clearly that wouldn’t work for on-prem boxes.I am looking to a similar mechanics to what Azure/PowerBI does with on-prem database gateway (running on an on-prem VM of course) in order to tap into SQL servers which are not exposed to the public Internet.Any feedback and ideas will be appreciated. I know I can replicate on-prem tables to Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Azure SQL Data Warehouse and then hit it from Zapier using the stock SQL access function but that’s not the kind of workaround I am looking for :)Thank you everyone~B
Hi Zap Community! I would like your help on how to best modify a GMail to Google Sheets zap I created. The purpose of the Zap is to have my Google Ad leads that are emailed to me automatically input certain information within the email into the Google Sheet / CRM Data Sheet I’ve set up. I’d like the phone number within the email to go to a specific column within the Google Sheet and I’d like to populate another column within the same Google Sheet with Google Ad every time I get a Zap from this particular email type. Currently, the zap is set to place information into default a and b columns and it populates the entire email rather than specific information contained within the email. Does this make sense? Can anyone help?
Hello, I would love to receive in slackware a couple of lines from my email servers (not the entire email).I format it to receive FROM and SUBJECT, but I don’t want the full body of the email, a couple of lines could be OK, and even more important a link to open the email. Hey guys, just created a Zap to pull from a Google Sheet and send to Omnisend as a new subscriber whenever a new spreadsheet row is added.I have this made for another Sheet and it works flawlessly. When I test this one, it is able to send the information and create a new subscriber, but when I try to do it organically, it will not send the information from Sheets to Omnisend.Any ideas?
Trying to initiate a ZAP log to google sheet ...when another zap I created fires.Example. I have many different zaps set to take facebook leads and email them to specific agents. NOW, I want to create a zap, that takes every zap that is triggered to email an agent and log that into a google sheet as to WHO it went to. So I don’t have to do this manually.Would I use webhook, I am confused on how to create a zap from a zap being triggered.
Hi there, I am looking for an app to fill pre-signed forms with that I can connect with Hubspot.Trigger → a date that is set in a property on the deal in HubspotAction → fill in a preset field in the pdf with text and send the pdf out to the email of the contact connected in HubspotNote: there are different pre-signed forms (one for type A, one for type B etc.) and the zap also need to be able to only fill and send out form type A to a contact that has that type set in a property in Hubspot. Ideally the app is also for free/affordable:)Thanks for your help!
I’m using plenty of other connectors that can tie up dropdown fields such as country from one service to the next (brihgttalk to pardot) i don’t understand why you can’t tie Countries from LinkedIn to Pardot in a dropdown? Is there a workaround?
