Here's the process they want to happen from start to finish. Can anyone recommend how I go bout setting this up please?1. Candidate:Sees the course and wants to sign up. First instance they need to fill in form.2. Fill in the Form:just like this example: https://form-example-a8ab82.webflow.io3. Next step:Course leaders would need to see form entry from the user and click sign off or disregard and be able to give a comment which goes back to candidate4. Payment:Then the candidate should get the option to pay for the full course once S&R have signed off that they are happy5. Confirmation:both course leaders and the candidate should receive confirmation

Hi I’m trying to extract abandoned cart data (name and email) from wordpress (cartflows abandoned carts plugin) with a webhook and drop these data in a new list of sendinblue via zapier.Please see the screenshots.Could somebody pease help me to understand and identify my mistake? My Trigger app is Jotform. The user of the Jotform will enter their name and date of birth. I need the zap to them go search for the users name on a Google Sheet (column A) and determine if the date of birth the user entered exactly matches the date of birth on the Sheet (column B).
Hi, I receive files by email (Outlook and Gmail). I would like the files to be sent to Trello and Gdrive. But all of the files are zipped. Is there a way in Zapier or some way around to unzip the file and transfer the “unzipped files” to Trello and Gdrive? The time lost unzipping the file is similar to just coping and pasting the iage myself. Thank you very much

Hi All, The Zap that I am enquiring about here is triggered with a DocuSign completed envelope.I know that this app only triggers zaps every 15 min which is fine, however, is it normal that even when running the zap manually, I still have to wait 15 min?What I find ‘surprising’ is that when creating the zap itself, I had to use some ‘form data’ and had to send a couple of different envelopes one after the other as the test data from the first couple of envelopes wasn’t correct. My point is that Zapier was able to pick up the new envelopes sent during when it came to finding test data without having to wait 15 min between each test envelope. However when it comes to running the zap manually, I do have to wait 15 min… just trying to understand the logic here…
I am looking to use most likely Google Calendar to set my daily and weekly tasks into dedicated time blocks each day. Example: 9-10am outgoing calls. 10-11 follow up emails 11-12 create content, etc.i would like to have a countdown timer display on my screen showing time left during each task. This sounds simple, but I am struggling. Any advice or insight would be appreciated. Reports would be great, but not a must. Thanks, Pete
I am wanting to set up a zap that will create a new task in asana when another task is completed. I am having trouble with creating the new task and getting the zap to select the correct option in a custom drop down field. The new task keeps showing up blank?????When I customize the task each field has so many different options for the one custom field that I just have no idea what one I need to select (I have tried all!!!). Do I need to do a look up for each custom field in order for it to work?For one custom ID I have the option to select Enum Option ID, Name, Value Name, GID, Colour etc etc,
Looking for assistance in how to Zap a Squarespace post-purchase workflow from Flodesk.I have set-up a mailbox in email parser zap - but emails are not forwarding that come from my squarespace store to that mailbox. Instead it forwarded a contact for submission this morning instead. Odd! I consider myself fairly techy to figure this out, but am having no luck. If there is any work arounds besides this one, I’m open to them - I want to be able to only link 1 product in my store to this zap workflow in Flodesk, not every purchase.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Hi guys, so as the title suggests, I'm having some issues with connecting Facebook Messenger to Help Scout via Zapier. I've successfully connected the Messenger of my Facebook page to Zapier. I've successfully connected my Help Scout account to Zapier. All fields have been added correctly and double-checked for errors. However, I get an Error 400: Bad request. Any idea what's going on?I'm NOT the admin of the page; just an editor. Could that be an issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Everyone - I hahve a shopify store, where my vendor uploads inventory and product information daily to their FTP site. They also include order tracking information as well. Is it possible to import the contents of those files into the shopify store? We are currently using InventorySource and they are expensive for the services they offer. Any suggestions on how this can be accomplished?

I’d like to create a Zoom meeting with a password as an action. I can do this, but I would prefer not to hardcode a fixed password for every meeting that I create; I would rather generate a password for each new meeting.I don’t know the library of Zapier code-like actions very well, so if one of you knows off the top of your head, which tools are available to me to do this? Hello, I am using database organizer named STACKBY. It is very similar to AIRTABLE. In this platform, i have created the list of interactions for a guest. For example: i have a row format from left to right like this: GUEST NAME, ITEM, QUANTITY, PRICE PER UNIT, TOTAL PRICE. In the first row i have Adam, Coffee, 2 cups, $1, $2. In the second row i have Adam, Tea, 3 cups, $3, $9. How can i have an invoice generated for those information? i want those information to be consolidated into one invoice. Thank you guys
Hi, I am working with Google sheets, where I have an overview with all projects for 1 single customer, including the prices and the quantity. I created a Zap, and the information that is in the goolge spreadsheet is transferred to an invoice in Moneybird. The sheet however contains multiple projects, and I want to see them all on the same invoice. I only see 1 project only at the moment. What do I need to do to include all projects (all rows with data) on the invoice? Thanks so much!Lindsay
Podio no matches are found - When doing Find items why is it going in error and not continue the process
Hi I am trying to Find items on Seller Leads in Podio.When a item is found the process working fine. The problem is when not matches are found. The Zapier process fails. If it is not a system failure why would it stop. I want it to continue processing to handle missing records. Could someone help with this please.
