I've become curious about other no-code operator's
and their automated workflow processes.

In particular, automated workflow planning.

is it worth planning at all?

With complex automation, do you feel the need to have a copy of how "things" connect outside of Zapier?

if yes, what do you use?:

is it visuals? (arrows & boxes)
is it text? (list style)
what platform?

Would love for you to share your thoughts!

I have this same question! In Zapier University 101 they mention a worksheet or form that was attached below the training, but I looked a lot and didn’t see it.
