I am trying to solve a problem where I need to add text to the body of an email, before it auto-forwards to my BI tool. I need to add a 1:1 token for each customer who uses our email integrations. More details of my workflow is below.Step 1: Email is scheduled from 3rd party platform called PLATFORM AStep 2: PLATFORM A’s email comes into a designated email address on our gmail business accountStep 3: (hopefully) Zapier appends bespoke text to our email. Hi!I’m trying to set up an integration between HubSpot Sales Hub and Podio. We are video production company and need Podio for our project management.We create all of our proposals in Podio and when a proposal is sent to a lead, I want an automation to create a deal with the corresponding lead in HubSpot. I’ve tried to set this up with Zapier but if I choose “Item updated in Podio” as my trigger, I can’t seem to be able to select what specifically needs to be updated in Podio in order to trigger the workflow.This image shows the various fields that we update at different stages of the proposal process. When we select Sent + Pending, I want a Deal created automatically in HubSpot. Does anyone know how to select this as the item updated in Podio when creating the workflow in Zapier?I’m wondering if I should create a Google Sheets doc for all Sent Proposals, so that I can create a workflow from Podio to Sheets and then Sheets to HubSpot instead? Perhaps that will work?Thanks so much!Paige
I simply get nothing when running the test post.I’ve connected both twitter and discord. The bot is in the server, it’s role is at the top, but still nothing posts.It’s a regular channel, not an announcements, so I’ve already ruled that out.Is it broken or did I do something wrong? UPDATEI’ve also activated the zap and started testing it.First I posted then waited 5 minutes… Nothing…Then I went in and manually ran it. It found the new tweet and stated the posting to the discord channel was successful...nothing…It’s simply not working at all.UPDATE 2IFTTT worked well with no issues so I’ve switched to that.
Looking to set up a system where we give our affiliates a Promo Code to use for ticket sales in BrushFire. We need to trigger a Zap from the specific promo codes - to something ( some software, either Stripe or something else ) to pay out a flat fee or percent from the ticket sales to the affiliates. Looking to automate the payout process to the affiliates from the ticket sales through BrushFire. Any suggestions?
Hello Automators!I am trying to pull in a newe activity/event at the contact level in Salesforce when a new Typeform Survey is complete. However, if a contact is not found and I want to match the Account tied to that newly created contact - am I able to do so via lookup email domain?When creating a new contact if not found in our database, I’d still like for it to match the contact to an existing account based off the email domain. One of my bugbears in zapier has been the UI for writing emails - many of our zaps include an outlook email at some point. I use an online html editor and then cut and paste, making sure that I have sorted the ‘merge’ fields correctly. Then i test itFrustrating, but i felt necessary to do some awesome work via Zapier. But now working with Airtable Automations, they have raised the bar with the simple but effective “Preview Email” button. This saves lots of time. Am I missing something in Zapier or is the equivalent not there, and please could this be added
Hello- Currently, I create about ten zaps a month that does the same exact thing.The user registers for an event in SalesForce, the Zap filters the Event by Name hat I add manually, then creates a registration in Zoom for the user. Again, I do this separately for each event… about ten per month.What I’d like to do is create a single Zap that uses dynamic filter. So, where <salesForce Event Name> = <Zoom Event Name> This way, I create one zap that looks for matching names on both platforms. If they exist, create user registration in Zoom. Hi there,I’m currently working on a new zap which I’m setting up between gsheet and google calendar. Everything seems to go to the Google Calendar fine, however, the start and end time for some reason are being the same. I’ve also checked the timezones for both Google Calendar and Zapier and they are both correct at GMT+9. Any help on this matter would be appreciated. Best,Jay

Hi all,I have the following flow set up to create a new Slack channel for each new client, then search for a launch announcement, after which it sends copy of that launch message to finance:I create a calendar event with a new client This triggers the creation of the client’s slack channel (i.e. the Slack channel changes every time) After delaying for a certain period, Zapier searches for the ‘live’ keyword within the client’s slack channel If found, this sends a Slack message with the text containing ‘live’ to a specific user. If not found, how do I get it to retry at specific intervals (e.g. daily) until the ‘live’ keyword appears on the channel?Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I’m trying to figure out How to trigger an activecampaign automation when someone purchases a specific product in stripe, that’s purchased from woocommerce. I see how to select stripe, unsure which trigger to select, I see I’m able to select a filter, but how do I customize the filter to where product a is triggerd and not product b, and then trigger an automation based off of the specific product that was purchased.
I have a survey monkey which uses branching.The first question is something like “Choose A, B, or C”Depending on their answer the survey branches to take them to the relevant part of the survey.I want to create a trello card which pulls only their answer to the first question A B or C, and returns only the relevant data.I think I could do this with multiple zaps and filters...right?First problem seems to be that not all of my survey monkey data appears to pull through to zapier.Any ideas?

HiI have an integration where line items from a Docparser documents are sent to an application called Knack.Some of the fields contains numbers, and are formatted like this from Docparser 1750,00However that numbers gets converted to 175000,00.Its like Zapier does not recognize the comma as decimal and then adds two extra decimals.
Hi, I need to export multiple reports from bamboo to Google sheets, and I was surprised to find out that there is no integration to just export the files to Google sheets. Actually what I need is it to be automatically exported to the same file (overwrite it for it to be updated) if its possible. Please help! thanks
Hello Everyone. I have an issue that I have to install FB conversion API for which I need to connect my business manager account. So my account isn’t showing in the Zapier. However, I have admin access and access to each and everything like page, ad account, lead access, pixel, etc. But still not showing Anyone here can help me out.
