Hey everyone!

Can anyone assist me with this? For some reason my ConnectWise API creds keep erroring for one reason or another. I had to use personal user api credentials to get a proof of concept going but when I try to add new creds I get this no matter what I try. Please help! We use this for a ticketing system integration.
