DeCharles

While trying to transfer data from GForm/GSheet to Notion, the email data is being encrypted/hashed. I am trying to paste the email data into the ‘Content’ section of Notion using ‘Markdown’ format.

The result looks something like this

mailto:ref2@gmail.c

Hey @DeCharles,

I did some digging into this, and it looks like we’ve been running into a bug with the Notion integration. Our team is aware of the issue, and we’re working with Notion on a fix. I've added your vote as another affected user. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track and prioritize fixes
  • Allows us to notify you via email if/when this is fixed

Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA, but I’ve added you to the list of users affected by this issue so we can let you know as soon as we have any updates.

Additionally, we do have a workaround mentioned by SamB tagged as the Best Answer on this thread:

***Please note that the workaround will use a multi-step Zap, which only works on our Paid Plan.

Hi @DeCharles

Good question.

We will need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured in order to be able to evaluate and advise, thanks.
