This functionality exists in a templated “try it now” situation. Yet, I need that exact functionality in one of my Zaps (as a 4th or 5th step) and I can’t add it - it doesn’t come up in my Google Drive options. Is there anywhere I can find more options for each item (like Google Drive). Thanks!
I have an account with Zapier and I have integrated quaderno check out page with enrollment in the Thinkific course. It worked well for few months, but now I launched the second course. And for the second course, participants who pay are not enrolled automatically in the course.Can you pls advise on how to integrate for enrollment when having multiple courses?
I have an existing csv file of approx 800 rows (user data...includes email addresses). I want to create a zap that auto-enrolls all those people in a Teachable course. I know how to use Zapier to add someone to Teachabel when a new row gets added to a spreadsheet (say a Google sheet), but can't figure out how to structure the zap do a 1 time bulk add with every row in that spreadsheet. Any ideas for me? Is this possible?
Hi all,have a topic that I’d love to automate with Zapier but am stuck and can’t figure out if it’s possible.Goal: If an activity in Pipedrive is created, I want an Asana task to be created.I know that there is a Zap for this exact problem, but it doesn’t let me specify which pipeline and what kind of deal. Not being able to specify anything, makes this not very useful to me, as it would create tasks that are irrelevant to my team.Maybe I have to put a step before where I can filter in pipedrive? I have webhook configured to trigger when the google contact is updated/created, is there any way to send the google contact owner (the account owner who is creating / managing contact) details in webhook ? Currently contact form only showing fields related to contact only .. need some way to get the used google account details.Any help appreciated.
I have a Zap that triggers Formstack actions when a new Excel workbook is created in Dropbox. I need to either:(1) figure out how to delete the workbook after the Zap is complete -- I don’t see an action option to do that either in Dropbox or in Excel(2) ask the Zap to trigger on an updated/modified workbook rather than a created one. Has anyone else tried to do this? I currently have to manually delete the file before I trigger the zap.
I have a ZAP, I want it auto update MeisterTask when my shopify order complete, then move that task to other column and set as complete.During set up this Zap, I found that the Task ID is required, and I can't only use the task name to update.And I don’t know how to match up the Order with task ID , if any body know how to make this work?Please help.Thank you.
Previously I had some zaps to connect wix form submission with google sheet, where everytime a client submit the form it will automatically update that submission as a new row in a google sheet.But since last week where my tasks maxed out for 1 day on 31 Dec, that zap stops working after the tasks resets in 1 Jan 2021. I have tried to reset the zap, or use a new zapier account/new wix account, but it does not seem to work anyway. However, all other zaps that is not related to wix are working after the tasks are reset. So I highly doubt that it is the bug between Wix and Zapier where Zapier does not receive data from Wix.Please if there is someone with similar issue to share with me how do you solve it in the end, as I have to manually key in all the data for now. Thanks!!!

Hey,I currently use a zap to send my Teachable students to MailChimp. But it doesn't differentiate the students by courses in MailChimp. I want to add different tags to them depending on which of my courses on Teachable they've joined.How do I do that?Thank you.
Currently the Teachable Zapier integration allow you to add on user to a specific teachable course.However in Teachable you can set a subscription time eg. 3 months, 6 months , one year etc… this option is currently not available in the Teachable Zap. What to do? Any plan to change that?I have looked at the payload of the API and it returns the fields with he user enrollment time duration. Happy to know
Yesterday, the time stamps on consent list were delayed only for certain customers.There was an action at 14:45, but it was reflected in the list after 20:00 on the same day.And the clicked time was reflected.What are the possible causes for this issue?Other customers also left a timestamp on the same list, but was reflected successfully.
I notice on the https://status.zapier.com/ site that planned maintenance occurred 12/2 and that we “may notice some Task processing delays over the next few hours as we return to normal operation.”I have a reliable Google Sheet → Google Calendar instant zap that is seemingly not triggering today. I’m used to it triggering within a few seconds. Nothing has changed with this zap. How long of a processing delay should we expect? Or is it likely something broke within the zap?

I have tried to implement this with Teachable for one European country but it fails miserably and i need to redesign the course payment page and options for a B2B particularly small companies way. I am looking for a combination of apps and zaps that could give me this specific outcome. OUTCOME: A small company wants to buy one or multiple courses for their affiliates on my teachable school/and or my CLICK FUNNEL. The school needs to have all this perks : it needs to receive a receipts with the school VAT number, name and address for the total amount paid and for each or the courses bought. ---→ this is currently not easy or not possible in Teachable Europe as the combine together the buyer and the course attendee into one single persona. The company needs to enroll one or more affiliates to the course but they do not want to have the billing information and billing persona the same as the actual enrolled students. Two requests I am working on for my employer.First, I would like have the data from the Wufoo forms automatically sent to staff at our center. Currently, I have to login and download the csv or excel file and email to the front desk and accounting. I have contacted Wufoo directly and they do not provide this service.Second request was to find a way to automatically add names from donors to the website after they donate online via Wufoo.
