I don’t if you’re experiencing the exact same issue as the original poster, but they contacted our Support team and the OP sent this at one point:
I've turned the zap on and I have triggered the zap (bubble) and the (bubble) status changed to 1 active zap. Seems we are making progress
So it seems you have to turn the Zap on and trigger it. If that doesn’t help, can you elaborate on what the error message is that you’re seeing?
