I am attempting to connect the GiveWp plugin to set up automation with Salesforce. When I go to set up the access to the GiveWP plugin, I enter the API information, but receive an error that says “authentication failed: The app returned “Invalid query.”. I am not sure where my issue would be. I have checked to ensure that the Zapier addon from GiveWP is installed correctly on my Wordpress site, and it shows that it is working properly.Thank you for your help!
I wonder if anyone has any experience of this. I’d like to know if it might be possible to send emails to customers when we complete sub-tasks for them. The content of the email would be specific to the completed subtask and the email address would ideally be held in the Asana task.
Hi Everyone! I am a real novice here, but I am curious if any of you know how I could integrate my clickfunnel order form with my s2member account. I was hoping to be able to have people subscribe through stripe on clickfunnels and have s2member receive the data and create a new user. Hi all, I have a Zap which pulls Hubspot deal properties including owner ID. I am using Find Database Item in Notion to convert this ID to the name of the owner.However, if there is no owner in Hubspot, it gives me an error.Is there a way to convert this “no data” field to a specific number, which I can use in my Notion database as “No owner”?I don’t want to use paths for this to check if the owner ID property exist or doesn’t as my zap has more paths after this step and it would be way too complicated to duplicate these paths. Hi,We have a CRM which creates a new Excel spreadsheet on the 1st day of every month into a specific directory on BOX. It’s just a list of internal company contacts on a single sheet, but the CRM doesn’t delete the previous version, it simply adds a long random string to the end of the filename, so we end up with a growing collection:Adviser_List_vlkrcjhvgnshrnl.xlsxAdviser_List_fgvbnhjdsmmh.xlsxAdviser_List_gjfngjfgybdvgd.xlsx…. and so onMy question is, how can I get Zapier to identify the newest Excel file in there, and grab a link to that file, so I can send it out to our member list on Mailchimp? I would trigger the zap to do this once a month.I have no trouble creating the email part, and I can get Zapier to read the folder, I just don’t know how to target the newest excel file?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Mike
I have create a Zap to create a new entry on a google sheet hen a new form is created. I would like to create an entry on the same sheet when the data is updated. this will create an audit trail of the data as it is updated through this multi page form by users through editable views.Is there a ZAP for triggering when an existing formidable form is updated?
Hello,I’ve been using a Zapier between - Email received with an attachments → Create Presentation From Template in Google SlidesI would like to change an image in my Google Slide presentation with the attachment of the email I receive.It is working, my only issue is that the picture that populate in the Slide is reaally tiny, and I don’t know where to set the image size, to make it bigger. Hello Community.I’m just eager to better understand this GDrive trigger.I tried renaming or modifying (via MacOS terminal) the modification date of an existing PDF file within a GDrive folder and the Zap doesn’t take it into account. So I’d like to know if anyone knows what specific updates make the file considered as Updated and therefore triggers Thank you for your help.
Hi All, I have a bit of a problem. I am integrating Google Sheets and Calendar so that when a new row is added an event is created. The issue is that the events are in different calendars. Basically the sheet will have in it the calendar name and when I apply the new detailed event I go to the calendar name and chose “custom” and pass the field that hold the calendar name and I always get the same error: Status Code 404 Not Found When I pick a specific calendar, it works fine.
I have a Zap setup to transfer new tasks from Microsoft To Do over to a list in Google Tasks, but it’s not doing anything. I have testing the connection both accounts and it is ok. When I run the zap manually, I get a test message from the Zap, and then it says “looking for new items”, and just sits there, spinning. I’ve tried this several times, letting it sit for over 30 minutes. I’ve made sure to add new tasks to Microsoft To Do before each manual run. Nothing is moving over. Suggestions?
We have a zap that’s making a callout to an API (which returns JSON) and we next need to parse the response via a Code step. We want to be able to parse the raw JSON, because the way Zapier is structuring the response as line items is proving to be problematic (it’s not handling leading or trailing nulls properly). In looking at other posts, it seems like the recommended approach here is to make a separate webhook zap w/ Catch Raw Hook, and then sent the JSON to it via a Custom Request Webhook action, using Data Pass-Through. For example: How to transform JSON response? | Zapier Community However, my issue is that there is also data from previous steps in the original zap that need to be retained, because they’ll be needed for actions that follow the JSON parsing. As far as I understand it, if I use Custom Request, the entire data payload will consist of the raw JSON from my API call. So when using a 2-zap approach like this, how do I make sure other details besides the JSON make

I have 2 zaps working well, but cant get the 3rd to work.I want to send information form SF to QB to create an invoice.Steps:1 - Trigger - salesforce record updated (to Order status) - all good2 - Action: create invoice in QB online set up action: wants me to choose a customer from a list already in QB. The correct customer is the customer associated to the opportunity in salesforce. So I click “custom”. This gives me a list of all the fields in the SF opportunity (quantity, size, price etc), but not the fields LINKED to the opportunity (customer).There is the option to add a search step, but I still cant get that to work.Here is the logic:for the updated SF opportunity recordfind the linked contact objectselect the customer namePass that to QB Any thoughts would be appreciated.
I have created a Zap that is supposed to update a MailChimp subscriber’s email address if the Salesforce email address changes. When I change an email address in Salesforce to test the zap, it is creating a new subscriber in MailChimp rather than changing the existing subscriber. I think I need to have an additional step in the zap to find the correct MailChimp record to update, so I added a “Find Subscriber” action. That isn’t working either. What criteria do I use to find the correct Subscriber in MailChimp? Is my use case even possible?Thanks in advance for your help!

I am trying to integrate Moodle with Mailchimp. When somebody subscribes to a new Moodle Course, subscriber data must be created or updated in Mailchimp. Hi how do i calculate the time difference, I’m currently creating a out of office zap and our office hours are from 09:00am to 17:00. I’m currently using Woocommerce and i would like to send an email to the customer if they order outside our operation hours and in that email i like to have a calculated field into how many hours left until we are back in office. Hello everyone, I added an action within one of my ZAPs for sending a transactional email via Mailjet. I have configured the fields provided and everything seems to work correctly with only one problem: the subject line of the received email always has a [TEST] at the beginning. The template is correctly published to Mailjet and I couldn't find any options around to help me solve the problem.Does anyone have any ideas why and what I'm doing wrong?Thank you.
