Trying to upload files from smartsheet into a specific folder in Box that already exists.
Basically trying to do this (
, but unable to reference data in the row for the attachment. When using either “find a folder” or “upload file”, my only options for the “Folder Name” to search for, is data related to the attachment, or just parent ID.
See below for the options for available fields to choose from.
i’d LIKE to be able to select data from the parent row the file was uploaded to.

Please provide detailed screenshots with how each of your Zap steps are configured in order for us to have proper context.
Unfortunately the Smartsheet Zap app integration doesn’t have a Find Row action available.
You may have to use the Smartsheet API to do so: https://smartsheet.redoc.ly/tag/rows#operation/row-get

Troy is correct, we don’t currently have the ability to search existing rows in SmartSheet. There’s an existing feature request open for this though so I’ve added your vote to that. We’ll email you if a “Find Row” action ever gets added to the SmartSheet app. We’ll also be sure to post any updates on that feature request in the main thread for it in Community here:
