Square invoice error: This order ID is not valid for creating an invoice. Please create a new order and try again.

I’m trying to create a zap that will connect to Square to create an invoice. I’m getting the following error: Failed to create an invoice in SquareThis order ID is not valid for creating an invoice. Please create a new order and try again. I also noticed that there is no way to put an amount or an item in the zap integration to square which I find weird… Any help appreciated

Unable to map date string opt-out field to boolean CRM field using Zapier.

I am creating a Zap that gets data from a marketing lead collection app. The “opt out” field in this app is a date string. If the lead has opted out the field has text. If the lead has not opted out the field is empty.I need to take that data and update records in a CRM where the “opt out” field is a boolean value. I get data type errors when trying to force the date string into the boolean field.So, how do I translate “if the opt out string is empty set the CRM opt out value to false, else set the CRM opt out value to true” into a Zap that gets me what I need?

Hello, I have this question."Delay by Zapier" step is showing a "release_at" field with a timestamp but the "id" field is empty / not showing any data. Is it normal, I know the id of the deal and it showed in the record I choose but it’s not showed over there. See the picture. Thanks

Cannot see all Airtable fields in Lookup Field options when running "Create or Update Record in Airtable" zap

I have an Airtable base / table with many fields, name address phone etc, and it includes a formula field which is populated with the Airtable RECORD_ID() function. This is the unique field for all records in the table. The field list is displayed here and the Record_Id field is named “Zapier Key”: I also have a Zapier table that reflects as subset of these Airtable fields - including the Record_IDWhen a Zapier table record is updated, I want to update the same record in Airtable. Since I am on a free plan, I cannot do a 2-step zap, so I have to use “Create or Update an Airtable Record” to achieve this in one step.However, in the Action Step of the zap, when I try to use the “Zapier Key” field as the Lookup Field for my Airtable record, it is not available in the list of fields. In fact, very few fields of the Airtable base table are available to select as a lookup field or even a secondary lookup.  The fields that are available are as follows:Plus 1 more of the hidden fieldsIt seems o

Zap is adding data to all Google Sheets contained in Google Drive - even though specific ones are selected

I have several Zaps that are taking data from a FastField form submisson and adding it to a Google Sheet.Depending on a field from the FastField form submisson the zap puts the data into a specific Google sheet.Doing a ‘test’ on the Zap, this work perfectly.When actually running the Zap live the FastForm data gets added to every Google sheet that is on the Google Drive.Can anyone assist as to why this could be happening?

Lead Connector not adding Calendly contact to workflow

I am trying to connect Calendly to Lead Connector, so that:1. When someone books in a meeting on Calendly2. It adds a new contact on to Lead Connector3. This contact then gets added to a Workflow. Currently steps 1 and 2 are working however for step three it is adding a made up contact to the workflow rather than the same contact from steps 1 and 2. Could anyone advise how I fix this - it is like it has forgotten the contact for step 3. Thanks for your help.

Hello, I have had a problem for a week now, my tiktok ads campaigns generate approximately 100 leads per day, which is linked to a google sheet using zapier, but I realize that not all the leads that appear in the tiktok ads arrive and I have a loss of 15-20% of leads and that is serious I need help please I am losing potential clients

Hubspot error: Required field "Role" (dropdown) is missing.

I am looking to have forms that are submitted in a Zapier interface form be duplicated and submitted to Hubspot. I have set up two versions where: 1. Form Submission Created in Zapier Interfaces → 2. Create Form Submission in HubSpot 1. Form Submission Created in Zapier Interfaces → 2. Create Record in Zapier Tables → 3. Create Form Submission in HubSpot I am able to get the Zapier form data to populate within the Zapier table, but keep running into errors when transferring the data across to Hubspot. The form data does not submit to Hubspot and I am also unable to get dropdown field data to populate at all. Please advise! Thank you in advance.

Monday.com error: Cannot read property 'column_value ' of undefined

I currently have a Zap set up between Salesforce and Monday so that information for an Opportunity updates in Monday when a change happens in Salesforce. General flow of the Zap:a field on a Salesforce opportunity is updates it finds the matching ID in the Monday board and updates specific fields on the Monday board to match what was updated in SalesforceThis Zap runs successfully when the ID I am matching on is found in the Monday board. However, if a Salesforce Opportunity is updated that does not exist in the Monday board, the Zap throws an error. Not every Salesforce Opportunity is going to be listed in my Monday board but I also want the system to recognize that and have the Zap stop running (rather than throw an error) if it can not find the matching record in Monday. Otherwise, it is going to throw so many errors that Zapier will automatically turn off my Zap. I thought I set up the Zap accordingly (screenshots below) but I keep getting the following error when testing Step 5: F

DocuSign "Create Signature Request" option missing in Zapier

Hi guys, I’m trying to create a automation that will create contract in Docusign, and populate all the perimeter that needs to be filled with the data from google sheet.  I remember for Docusign, it used to have an option under “Event” called “Create Signature Request”, but now I don’t see that option anymore. Any ideas on how to fix that?

My Zap isn't pulling YouTube video tags into WordPress.

I am using a Zap that creates a new post on my Wordpress site when a Youtube video is saved to the Channel. Everything is working except the tags part. Part of what I would like the Post creation to do is pull the tags added in Youtube Studio into the Post so that I may automatically tag new posts with the appropriate tags in Wordpress. My example: I am uploading sports highlight clips to youtube and tagging the players #firstname, #lastname, #firstlast, and #playernumber as tags. Then in Wordpress I can automatically pull video posts into the players profile page without having to manually edit each new video posts that gets added. The issue is when I look at the record on the Test phase of the Zap, I don’t see a section for the Tags I am adding in Youtube.

Why does the new app joiner's name appear in ConvertKit as "App"?

Hi. Do you have an idea why when someone subcribe to our passion app then zaps to convertkit tag, the new app joiners are appearing on our convertkit but they are appearing with the name 'App'?

Zap is unable to sum ticket quantities when no tickets were purchased.

My zap is triggered event ticket sales. There are two ticket types.I need to sum the number of tickets purchased. These are provided in the trigger response as single items with the same ticket type name. I.e. Within a large response array each ticket appears with a quantity of 1 for each ticket purchased. ticket_class_name: Student Admission, Quantity 1.I have been following this solution:This solution works well to sum the number of tickets when a ticket of that type exists but if there is no ticket of that type the numbers step fails as there is no data to sum.I tried an IF(ISBLANK spreadsheet function but the whole function is evaluated rather than ignoring the sum if ISBLANK is true, so I receive the same error.Any idea how I can sum my ticket quantities, even if no tickets of that type were purchased?

Xero Find or Create contact error: "No property or field 'xxxx' exists in type 'Contact'

I’m trying to create a Zap that takes a Gravity Form (in this case a wholesale order form), and looks on Xero (my accounting software) for that contact. If it finds the contact it needs to create an invoice for the contact; if it doesn’t find the contact then it needs to create the contact and then create an invoice.But I’m getting stuck on the Find or Create contact stage. When I test it, it says ‘No property or field 'xxxx' exists in type 'Contact' (where xxxx is the name of the contact). But I can’t work out what to do to solve this…Can anyone help?

My Zap Turns Off Automatically with No Errors

I have two Zaps that use Google Tasks and they both turn off automatically after they run just once. I get this email that shows there are no errors, and in the Zap history, there are no errors.  Can someone help me figure out why this Zap is turning off automatically and how to prevent it?

Zap trigger isn't working with Asana custom fields.

Hello guys,I have been using tags in asana to trigger an action in Zapier, however, I keep seeing tags dissappear in Asana which makes it challenging. Upon checking with Asana, they tell me they now use Custom fields instead of tags. Does anyone know how I could use that to trigger an action in zapier? I basically have three stages in a process and so for each movement forward I would need a new tag/custom field.

Google Alerts RSS feed not being parsed by Zapier Web Parser

Hey, I’m building an automataion that takes new RSS feed from Google Alerts and summarizes it using ChatGPT. The issue I’m running into is when I parse the blog post it does not give any content. The link is a google’s redirect link but I guess the Web Parser by Zapier cannot redirect it. When pasting the link to google, it opens the site beautifully.  Any ideas?

Facebook Lead Ads to Google Sheets Zap missing raw data

Hi I am Missing Data from FB Lead Ads into Google Sheet. The zap seems to be set up correctly. I have followed previous suggestions on other similar topics but it’s still not showing the raw data from the FB form, so I can’t match it. Some are coming in fine, I have 3 missing and so they are missing from the sheet. For context I did duplicate a previous version of this zap and just change out the form etc. But I can also see that some previous form data fields are showing as options, but not the new fields. Any ideas please? Thanks Screenshots attached
