Suspected bug in mapping ecwid and fresh books

We are developing a zap to map a paid order from Ecwid e commerce to fresh books. The mapping seem to be accurate but it's very puzzling for a particular field not be mapped have a look at the screenshots and you'll see what I mean

This is Ilnur from Ecwid by Lightspeed team.

 

We apologise for the complexity you have encountered.

 

The customer ID is unique within each platform. So it's worth adding a step to search for a customer by email. I've attached a screenshot of how to do this.

 

Be sure to check the "Create FreshBooks client if it doesn't exist?" setting so that if the client doesn't already exist on your system, it will be created. Enter the information you want to transfer to Freshbooks in the client creation field.

I applaud Ecwid's efforts to expand their support network by having a zappier presence as regards this particular zap I found a much cheaper workaround ask Gay about it
