Troubleshooting Jotform integration with Klaviyo lists

Hey guys, I’m trying to build a very specific application form for social media influencers and this is filtered by follower count.   I’m using a multiple choice question with 4 answers.  Each answer would then create a path to a specific list in klayvio which then would start a different email flow for each list.

im having trouble getting the zap setup.  I can see the JOTFORM question but only 1 answer of 4 is showing up.  Any suggestions? I’ve literally worked on this for hours and tried everything to pull the other answers over but no luck

Hi @AT_Tim

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • DATA OUT returned from Jotform in Zap step 1

@AT_Tim

Your screenshots of the Filter step condition shows the same left argument being compared to itself in the right argument.

Since the same variable is being compared to itself, that means the Filter step condition will always evaluate to true and pass.

Instead, you should try setting a static value (or a different variable) for the right side argument, then test again.

It doesn’t show the values of the answers tho?  Would i just type it in manually?

@AT_Tim

Yes, set a static value by typing it in manually.

That way you have a dynamic variable, which will have a different value each time the Zap Runs being compared to a static argument.

Condition: [VAR] contains “XXX”
