Hi @Pera

For us to have more info about the error, post screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Hi @Troy Tessalone

I think you’re asking to see how the third step is configured.

This  is from the setup tab.

This is from the configure tab.

If you need more, please specify what data I should send.

This is my first time trying to integrate the Crisp plugin with chat GPT.

Thanks.

@Pera

For Crisp Zap step 3…

For the Conversation ID field, which expects a Session ID, the mapped variable values are NOT a session ID from Zap step 1.

For the Note Message Content field, the mapped variables contain the Session ID you should have mapped in the Conversation ID field.

Hi @Troy Tessalone

I am not quite sure about the data that you sent to me, because in step one I don’t have such config.

Here is what I have so far.

Step 1  -  Crisp - Message Incoming Setup tab

Step 1  -  Crisp - Message Incoming Test tab

Step 2 - Chat GPT  - Setup

Step 2 - Chat GPT  -  Config

Step 2 - Chat GPT  -  Test tab

Step 3 - Send Note Message, setup, configure and test tabs below

So, what parameters I should have in each one to enable Chat GPT properly?

@Pera

In Zap step 3, for the Conversation ID field that indicates it should only be the Session ID, you need to remove the variable “Contact”, so the only variable is “Session Id”.

Thanks man appreciate that,  I did it like you said, and after test, there’s no error, A message was sent to Crisp about in 1 second, also, all messages from visitors  I am getting instantly in Crisp  but I still have no ChatGPT to answering them.

What else I should check?

Thanks in advance.

@Troy Tessalone

Actually I know where I have made a mistake. I have to workspaces in crisp with two different website Ids.  The one who is connected with Zapier, instantly receiving test messages from Zapier to Crisp, but the other workspace is attached to chat on my website and that workspace is receiving the messages from the visitors in frontend.

So, I was looking around in Crisp dashboard and have no clue how to assign another workspace to chat right now.  If I could manage that, the chat GPT will work.

Help links for using Crisp in Zaps: https://help.crisp.chat/en/article/how-to-use-the-zapier-integration-dt0hdh/

You may need to make another Crisp app account connection in Zapier: https://zapier.com/app/connections

TIP: Try using a new/different browser to connect the app.

Thanks for your effort on this, I will try it but if there’s any chance to switch some Crisp workspace to be default, it would be great.

Any thoughts on it?

Hi @Pera,

I’m jumping in. I hope you don’t mind!

It looks like the "Workspace" field isn’t available in the Crisp action step. While I’m not very familiar with the Crisp app, it seems like you might need to create a new connection for the other workspace, as Troy suggested.

If the "Workspace" field is something you’re specifically looking for in the action step and it’s not showing up, it could be helpful to reach out to Crisp. They manage and update their app in Zapier, so they might be able to provide insight into whether this feature can be added.

Hopefully, this helps!

I will do that as Troy suggested.

Cheers and have a great day.
