Sender error: The app returned "This campaign already sent"

I’m trying to create a zap where a welcome email is sent every time a person is added to a group in Sender but I’m getting the message:Failed to create a campaign in SenderThe app returned "This campaign already sent".Any idea how to fix it?

My zap calendly - activecampaign turns off automatically

Hi! My zap from Calendly to ActiveCampaign turns off automatically. It looks like it’s an error at activecampaign, but it doens’t give any error massage. I didn’t run the zap yet, because it switches of inmediatly after publishing.Extra info: I don’t use activecampaign.com, but Mailblue, the Dutch version of ActiveCampaign. I already read some posts here from people with the same problem, but nothing helps.How I can solve this?Thank you! Kind regards,Wouter

Path with 'Exactly Matches' is not working

Hello! I’m hoping for some guidance…I have a Path set up to send a zapier email to team member X that only triggers if:Field “What business services are you interested in?” Exactly Matches “Option A”This field is a drop down with multiple options available (people can choose more than one service)… If someone selects ONLY “Option A”, I wanted it to go to team member X. If someone selects “Option A” and “Option B” I want the path to fail and go to a different team member.Right now, however, if someone selects both Options A and B, the path is still continuing and sends the email to team member X. I cannot figure out why. Thank you!

Duplicated Trello label detection Zap failing to detect new records

Hello, I’m trying to use a zap that detects a new label added to a card on multiple Trello boards. As far as I can tell this requires a zap for each board. I have this working nicely on one board, but when I duplicate the zap and change the board it will not detect new records for that board. The new board I’m trying to use is a renamed duplicate of the first board, so the labels, etc. are all the same, and Zapier seems to be detecting that the board exists and all the label names on it. When I test, no records appear. I’ve tried many times to add a variety of labels (including default labels) before, during, and after testing with no results. When trying a different trigger it does detect new records. I haven’t tested this exhaustively but it seems specific to the “new label added” trigger. The weird part is when I create a new zap from scratch and use the same setting, board, etc., it does detect new records. Furthermore, when duplicating the zap and leaving the board the sameThe onl

Zap linking Jotform to Zoho Books fails due to date issue

hi there! thanks for the help.I have a zap linking Jotform to ZohoBooks.When a booking form is filled in jotform, it creates a draft invoice in Zoho Books. or is it? when i test the zap i get this error: when I check the entires I see this: now, English ain’t my first language, but the due date is after the (creation) date.why is the zap not working?I have another form where this is working fine, but this form has always given me issues.In Jotform, both entries are dd-mm-yyyy. thanks for reading, looking forward to your help. thanks, R

Zapier is not detecting Google Tasks added via Google Space

 Zapier is not detecting the google task that I added through Google space. I tried connecting zap to my email account multiple times but still shows no task found while the task is showing in my task calendar. I need this to work because I need to track all tasks added through space and send them to google sheet for tracking.

Help! Am I using Paths correctly?

Hi! I am a newbie at this and have no experience with code, so please be kind.I am trying to set up a Zap that is triggered by a new reaction in Slack. We have people send links that we need organized in a Google Sheet with multiple tabs. I thought the best route would be set-up paths for each tab with conditions, but then I realized that the Path Conditions only output is either “true” or “false” and not the links that passed. Is that right?Additionally, I need a path that is any links that did not meet the conditions of the other 4 paths (the “To Be Sorted” in the screenshot). But then I realized that would require 480 rows on manually input conditions (20 links max and 24 conditions total). Sooooo is there any easier way to do this? AutoTask - Error while retrieving: The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.

Hello, I’m getting this error only when I try to create a New Contact Zap from AutoTask to another platform. I get this message :Error code: Error while retrieving: The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.That said, the update contact works fine but it only seems to pull one contact and no others. AutoTasks seems to pulling information from its find so I think this could be an issue with Zapier. Can anyone help?

Zapier sending email to the wrong email / not pulling email at all

I am running a test with stripe where zapier should send a new email with relevant info after a new customer. The problem I’m running into is that for some reason, is that instead of sending the email to the customer, it’s sending it to me. The in data takes the correct email, but for some reason the out data spits a different email.

Zapier Slow Loading and Lagging Issues (Despite Strong Internet)

so I wrote in here over the summer how when zapier made a bunch of changes to the interface, that it was much slower...and honestly I haven’t seen much improvement since. Just trying to click to open a zap and it will get stuck loading, to the point where I’ll have to refresh the page and reclick the link a couple of times. When actually in the editor, just opening up a basic filter will get stuck loading to the point where I also need to refresh the page, and even then, the problem persists, or ill have to sit there for 15-30 seconds waiting for the data in the filter to finish loading and populate Basic things in zapier that used to take a minute to do, are now taking 3-4x as long, as things just continuously get stuck loading. this is the only website i experience this on. I know it’s not my internet speed, my download speed is 633.4, and im running on a brand new macbook pro m1

Issue with duplicate test records on square

I’m trying to test a zap with square when a new appointment is booked. When I first connected I had three current records. A, B, and C. I created a new appointment on Square and about an hour later it still has not populated on Zapier. The weird thing is I ended up with A duplicating to D, E, and F. I deleted the zap and started over. Same issue.I then reconnected square to Zapier and still the same issue, it's been about 1.5 hours since I booked the new appointment on square and it still is not showing up. I can’t really continue my testing because it will send a test google form to my clients rather than me for the appointment I booked.

Status 404 w/ HarvestApp Authentication

Can anyone shed some light on why i’m getting a 404 error when trying to test a Step in my Zap that is connecting to Harvest?  I’ve completed the Setup > Configure correctly w/ my Step When i test my step it says: The error message indicates a "404 Not Found" issue, which often occurs if the user account connected to Harvest does not have "admin" permissions. Ensure that the account used in the Zap has the necessary permissions to access the API. I’m def an Admin.  I’m assuming it’s an authentication error and i need to change how this step authenticates.  any help would be great.  Harvest API: Authentication – Harvest API V2 Documentation (getharvest.com)Common Problems with Harvest – Zapier: I am an admin :(

Docusign Powerform Not Linking Recipients Email

Zapier trigger is not collecting recipients name or email addresses for docusign envelopes created with a powerform. Excel triggers are not consistent and unpredictable

Hi there, I hope someone can help me here. I am struggling a lot with the using Update Row (EXCEL) as a trigger for my automation. 1) When you set up this trigger, you are asked to specify the column you want the trigger to react on. I did it, however, the automation gets triggered also when other columns are updated. 2) Second and main problem, everytime I go into the Excel and I manually change a field in my triggering column, nothing really happens in Zapier, or it happens with a very large delay ( which I cannot link to a specific action of mine, it feels totally random)3) When I open my Excel sheet, often I am asked if I want to enable external content. Is it possible that my issue is linked to this? Is anyone expert on the Excel integration? Would love to exchange thoughts!Thank you for your precious time and help in advance.Fabri

Monday.com error: Required field "Item ID" (item_id) is missing

Hello, I have this problem in an automation between Monday and Zapier, it consists of taking a value from a table by its ID item_id where the IDs are 10 numbers when it gets the ID it takes the 10 digits, but for some reason it takes an ID of a single number therefore generating an error and stops or does not take any and still fails, I attach images with the errors and when it works

10X Scale CRM

The 10X CRM is listed in the Zapier app directory but I can't connect to it in Zapier because it asks for an API key (which 10X CRM provides) as well as an API SID (10X CRM doesn’t provide/have this). I’m using the 10X Scale CRM which isn’t the same login page as 10X CRM.  I’ve contacted support with 10X and they said it was a Zapier issue since they don’t use an API SID, just an API Key. Any suggestions on how to move forward to get this fixed.

Failed to create a file in Google Drive: The app returned "Failed to parse Content-Range header".

I have a zap that is downloading a file from an FTP server and then uploading it to a Google folder.  Its been working well for months but stopped working this week at the last step, when it breaks before it uploads the txt file.  This is the error message: Failed to create a file in Google DriveThe app returned "Failed to parse Content-Range header.". Any suggestions for a resolution?Thanks,i2i

How to populate glicd, gbraid, and wbraid fields correctly?

Hello, I’m new to all this and was running into an error when trying to use LeadConnector and Zapier to send offline conversions back to Google Ads. Salesforce to Shopify Zap: VAT not added, and products are uneditable

Where to start with this? I want to send a Salesforce opportunity with products to Shopify as a draft order.I have set up an outbound workflow message in SF to trigger when a stage changes. That then sends the opportunity details to Shopify to create a new draft order. It sends the information but doesn't add VAT to the draft (I’m in the UK) and I can’t overwrite the products. I have even gone as far as adding the shopify product code to SF, so its looking up the product ID within the Zap from shopify, it adds a product but its not the live product that I have in my shopify product list as I can't click on it nor does it have the image within the product details. It just seems like a un-editable clone. Incredibly poor integration that doesn't work unfortunately and wasted a whole afternoon trying to get it to work.

Shopify "Add a Tag to Customer" doesnt work - because of Data Out code wrong?

 Hi everyone, I have a connection between Airtable and Shopify, where I want to add a tag when the customer has a birthday. The Zap triggers when a birthday enters a view in Airtable. It also finds customer in Shopify (I added a step to add the Shopify ID to Airtable to see it works) The Zap also shows in Data in what to do: to add a tag called “birthday” to the customer But the Data Out doesnt seem to be right, it shows the customer but not what to do, and therefore nothing is actually happening. Who has an idea how to fix it?Data In Data Out

Squarespace Form to Active Campaign Zap adds a curly bracket around the first and last names

I have two Squarespace forms that show up in Active Campaign as {First=john, Last=smith}. However, this does not happen when testing the Zap, only for live cases. Can someone help?

Google Form to Google Calendar Event: Time is scheduled 2 hours early

I currently have a Google Form where respondents will manually input the date and time with the following format: MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM. The Zap can properly read the date format, and schedules the calendar event for the right day, however it seems to be unable to read the time format, scheduling events two hours before they start. I have tried to add +2h after the data input in the date and time selector, this only breaks the zap and causes it to be scheduled super early in the morning. I’ve included screenshots of the input data and the output data after running a test of the Zap. Any insight or advice is much appreciated!
