my marketing software funnel needed a zap established to send contact information over to my crm. I ran the test during setup and it went through fine, but no other contacts imported. I asked the crm help desk and they said the zap setup was no complete and I likely just needed to toggle on the zap. I found that function but it won’t let me toggle becasue it says my setup isn’t complete. I don’t know what I am missing. Any help?
