Hi there @godigital 👋

I saw you reached out to our Support team about this and they identified that the issue was due to missing CRM access. Sharing their suggestions on how to fix that in case it’s helpful for others coming across this:

I think I found the issue. This is likely a CRM access permissions problem in your Facebook Business settings. When Zapier doesn't have CRM access granted for your Facebook Page, test leads may work during setup, but live leads from your ads won't trigger the Zap because Facebook won't send the webhook notifications.

Here's what I'd recommend:

  1. Check CRM access in Facebook: Go to your Facebook Business Settings > Integrations > Lead Access. Look for "Zapier" (not "Zapier Inc.") in the list of CRM apps. If it's not there, click "Add CRMs" and search for Zapier to grant access.

  2. If Zapier is already listed but leads still aren't coming through, click "Restore Default Access" next to Zapier to reset the permissions.

  3. Reconnect your Facebook Lead Ads account in Zapier: Go to your connections page, disconnect the Facebook Lead Ads account, then reconnect it. Make sure to toggle on access for your page during the reconnection flow.

  4. Test with a real lead: After reconnecting, use Facebook's Lead Ads Testing Tool to submit a test lead and confirm it appears in your Zap history.

There's also an active incident that may be relevant here, which is currently affecting the delivery of new leads.
