Troubleshooting missing triggers in Zapier for Facebook Lead forms

Hello,

I am an extensive user of Facebook Lead forms in combination with Zapier Automations. We recently discovered that our automation is not always triggerd (mostly it is working correctly).

I made an export of the leadform in META and found many leads was missing in our automation history. When I editted my automation manually to check for new records, it also found the missing record, so I could manually run in through the automation. Do others have similar experiences with missing triggers, and is there a solution to this?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi there @homestorelsfs 👋

There's an existing Community topic covering the same issue over here:

Like Troy said there’s an active incident that’s related to this and it’s worth subscribing to updates on the incident page to stay informed. I’ve added you to the list of users being affected by this so we can send you an automatic email notification once it’s been resolved.

As there’s already one topic discussing this I'm also going to close this one so that we can keep the discussion in one place.

Thanks for your patience in the meantime 🙏

Hi @homestorelsfs

FYI: Facebook is notorious for having lead delivery issues.

Check the Zapier Status page: https://status.zapier.com

Check this recent incident involving Facebook Lead Ads: https://status.zapier.com/incidents/01KVDKCZ4Q9XMHNVRDGNT4H45X

I recommend subscribing to updates to be notified about incidents.
