Why are the data fields in the sent email blank? See screenshot below.

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.As you can see in the screenshot below the data populated correctly for the Zap when setting up the Zap and the test email was sent.  However, in all subsequent emails the data fields have not been populated.  Please help.

Notion Pages isn't loading despite correct setup

Hi guys I am experiencing an issue with my notion connection as i am not seeing any of my pages loaded within the Zapier Action protocol even though everything is connected correctly. I’ve done all of the steps outlined to me & I am still getting the same issue. Please can someone assist me on this I posted a picture to show what I mean.

Dropbox Zap: The "Uploaded Diamond Videos" folder is missing in Google Drive

I am having issues on the “Action” set up for Dropbox in my Zap. I am having trouble locating the folder I am trying to pull in the Google Drive. The title of the folder in the drive should be, "Uploaded Diamond Videos and Images" and the ID of the drive is, 0AMRUR1kdv1ETUk9PVA. Once selecting the Drive option, I am not able to locate the folder, "Uploaded Diamond Videos and Images" in that Drive.  Ideally, the steps of the Zap should be as follows:1. New File uploaded into shared folder/Google Drive 2. That file is then matched, located and downloaded within Dropbox 3. From Dropbox, once downloaded, then uploaded to Amazon s34. Once uploaded to Amazon s3 bucket, the following Google sheet within the Zap is to be updated with AWS image and video urls.  I am trying to ensure that steps 1 and 2 work properly first, before moving forward with the final steps. Can you please advise? Any and all help is much appreciated.  Thank you.

ShipStation data pulls successfully when testing, but Google Sheets remain blank after publishing the Zap

After connecting to ShipStation I can pull data in the API test into the test screen but when it is published and creates the google excel sheet the excel sheets are blank. I am pulling all of the orders without filters via the API request.

Zapier integration with LandBot doesn't work

I have two Landbot Bots, both are using the Zapier integration.When creating a Zap to get data out from Landbot and writing them into a goggle sheet, Zapier always connects to the wrong block and fetches the wrong data. I refreshed the IDs more than once but nothing happens.

PandaDoc Error "Role 'Client' does not exist" When Sending a New Document

I’m trying to have a document in PandaDoc sent to new guests after booking in Lodgify. I keeping getting the error message: “The app returned "Role 'Client' does not exist."It’s as if PandaDoc requires the contact to already be in their system in order to send the document. But these are new guests that I’m trying to send a contract to so they would never be in PandaDoc already. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Why would a zap not run

I have a zap set up. The test goes through, I just had a lead come through, but the zap did not run. I ran another test and it came through. I am not sure what the problem might be.

Missing variable when I send a mail.

I configured the form to have three endings depending on the score, where it would show the score level. It shows up in Typeform, but when the Zap runs and sends the email, the variable value does not appear. What do you think could be the issue?

ConnectWise Manage error: The app returned, "An unexpected database error has occurred"

I have a zap setup to pull information submitted from GravityForms to ConnectWise Manage. All steps are working properly except for “Find Contact in ConnectWise Manage” where the app returns “an unexpected database error has occurred”. This only seems to occur if the information submitted in the form is for a new phone number or email address, even though I have the box checked saying if the contact doesn’t exist to then create one. See screenshots below.

Kajabi: The app returned "email is already taken"

This has been asked for another tool but I wasn’t able to get this to work for GHl/Kajabi.An existing client purchased a program from us today via a FB ad that is linked to our GHL, but because they already have a Kajabi account, the zap spit out an error and didn't  give the client access.I went in and manually granted the user access and they probably aren’t aware it even happened as I granted the offer within minutes of the order because it popped up while I was checking emails, just luck on my part.In the Kajabi integration, there are only three events, Create Form Submission, Grant Access to an Offer or Revoke Access to an Offer so I can’t use any of these to search for the user in Kajabi BEFORE creating an account for a new user in case their email exists.I’m not highly skilled with Zaps yet so wanted to come ask the community because my efforts are failing.If needed, I can remake the Zap to use the form submission but I’m reluctant because other than this issue, everything is wo

Error status 502 on Sendgrid action 40058

I’ve setup a simple ZapierWebflow form (2 fields) to Zapier to Sendgrid (add to contacts of a list) Now it keeps on happening that the step to Sendgrid fails on most (not all) of the new form submissions. I’m on launch day so a lot are coming in and now i’m adding them by hand and trying to fix this in between so all help is welcome! <3

Unable to trigger Zendesk new ticket or update ticket events.

I was able to create two Zaps – one that triggers when a new Zendesk ticket is created and the other when an existing Zendesk ticket is updated. However the Zaps only get triggered when the person creating a Zendesk ticket or updating an existing Zendesk ticket is the Zendesk administrator. That appears to be the case because the Zendesk admin account was what I used to connect to Zapier. Tickets created/updated by any other Zendesk user DO NOT trigger the Zaps.After reading various posts, the only workaround appears to be using the New ticket in View event. That kind-of works for new tickets. But my use case requires the Zap to be triggered on Zendesk ticket update.I’d like to know if I am missing something in my configuration or if indeed, this is a limitation of using the new ticket or update ticket events.

Facebook Lead Ads to Copper and to then to my e-mail (Gmail)

Hi guys,  I have a problem with my Zaps. (Facebook Lead Ads → Create Lead in Copper → Send Email in Gmail). I would like to send leads from Facebook Lead Ad to Cooper and then I want to get notification on my e-mail that my new lead is in the Copper. I tested these steps and they were successful but in live mode a didn’t get any leads to cooper and any notification on my e-mail. Can you help me solve my problem?  Thank you. Step    Step Step My zap runs:   My leads from Facebook campaign:

Failed to create a loop in Dotloop: Select an individual profile

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.I am trying to create new loops via jotform integration.However, when linking my dotloop account, zapier gives me an error when choosing an admin profile. The error says “Failed to create a loop in DotloopSelect an individual profile”But I am selecting a profile, I have to use my admin profile so it goes to the right place. When I select “default profile” it creates the loop correctly but since it’s not my admin profile, it does not go to the right place.Dotloop support offered no help and said since they allow the connection through zapier, the issue is on their end.

Information missing from Facebook Lead Ads

 We’re experiencing an issue on several zaps that link Facebook Instant Forms to Gmail. We use Zapier to notify us via gmail when a facebook lead has been submitted, and then pass that info on to a client management platform and Mailchimp. For the most part everything works as intended, however on maybe 10% of leads some information from the Facebook form will be missing from the email. On those leads, they also do not import properly into our cms.    This is what the zap is set up to pass on. This is what the zap is set up to pass on, and for the most part the emails we receive look identical to this. ​However some of the emails come through like this, missing the campaign and ad name. What could be causing Facebook to omit this information? Is there are step we can take to correct this?

Failed to create a transcription in OpenAI (GPT-4, DALL-E, Whisper) The app returned "Unauthorized".

Hello, While trying to use OpenAI for transcript a voicenote I get a an error message saying “the app returned “unauthorized’. I don’t know why, I have credits in my openAI account, and the API key has no restrictions. I thought it could be the file extension or the  weight but I discarded it. Voicenote is in mp3 with around 16MB. My integration uses googledrive to find the file in the folder, and then from it a get the url that i provide to OpenAI.

Zap halted after Jotform update: Data flowing, but Pipedrive sent blocked

We have an issue whereby  the data is flowing as expected and and being collected as it should, however, because of an enforced zapier update (which we are not able to see the details of) the requests there are being blocked which prevents the zap from running and finishing the final piece of the integration > to send the data to Pipedrive. This is having a huge impact on our business and although we have logged a ticket with premier support we are getting zero response,  Please can we be advised on what we need to do?

Issue with connecting Jotform

Hi, I have tried updating my zaps to the new jotform version, as required. However, since I touched the zaps they no longer work (since yesterday, when they should have still been working with the old version, I guess). When I try to fumble my way through how to do this update I have done following: found the big blue update button, pushed it twice, reselected new submission as trigger, when asked to reconnect done this step a million times (yes, exaggeration), when this led to an error, I tried the reconnecting link above (to no avail), I tried to add connections from the connections tab (reconnect, test, add new connection - all of it failed with error messages. Since I also looked into jotform and jotfrom says that the connection is green, I no longer know what to do. Please help.

Microsoft Excel error: The app returned "You do not have permission to open this file in the browser.".

Hi, All steps that involve Excel are currently erroring in all my Zaps. It's giving the error: The app returned "You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser.". I've 'Tested' and 'Reconnected' Excel in Apps. I've tried creating a new Zap with an Excel step (using both the existing and a newly added Excel connection) and it doesn't produce anything at the 'Worksheet' stage (having successfully selected a 'Spreadsheet'). It seems to be the same error detailed at https://community.zapier.com/troubleshooting-99/connecting-to-excel-is-giving-you-do-not-have-permissions-to-open-this-file-in-the-browser-32095 I've been in contact with Zapier help and they have only been able to suggest that I check the Share setting in Excel but all that seems to do is add an email got shared access or generate a share link a I don't see how that would help. Any help with what to do to get this working would be appreciated :) Jon

My Zap keeps sending duplicate messages on Slack

Hello everyone! I’ve got this Zap that’s trigger by an email, sending out weekly stats for all of our employees. Essentially, it details how much revenue they made, how much we made as a company, and how much they will be earning based on their commission. It also outlines any deductions from their bonuses. Some are not eligible for the commission for short periods of time, so I have a Path that send me the names of those who are not eligible. I also have a separate Path that tells an employee when their deductions have outvalued their commission, meaning they will not receive their commission this week. The problem arises when the messages get sent out, it somehow duplicates the messages to everyone, despite me having a loop limit equal to the same amount of employees we have.  Any help would be much appreciated! I can expand more on any of the steps in my Zap. Also for those wondering, our employees get a decent base pay along with tips, the commission is really just a bonus to incen

Zapier isn't receiving data that exists in Person and Date fields from Notion

Hi all! I’m trying to set up a new zap, to use Notion records in another app. I’ve got everything set up and working except that there are two fields in my Notion database that are showing as “no data” in the Zapier pull. One is a “Person” field, and one is a “Date” field. I don’t get any errors, the zap just shows “no data” where Notion is showing data. I don’t think those are property types that are excluded from sync-ing (from what I can see). Anyone have any pro tips for getting “Person” and “Data” data to flow freely from Notion into Zapier?Thank you!
