Hi everyone, 
Hope someone can help me with this. 

I don’t know, I just feel like Zapier is getting worse and worse and some things just don’t do sense…

 

I've built a thorough workflow to link my CRM (HubSpot) to my billing software (Exact Online).
Everything was fine yesterday—today not anymore. 

 

Obviously, I need to link Deal properties to my invoice, but also Company properties. 

So I use “Find Associations (HubSpot)” step in order to get the ID of the associated Company. 

 

 

It works, the steps gets the associated Company’s ID (data out)

 

 

Then I use “Get Company (HubSpot)” to retrieve more informations from the associated Company, of course…

Then the issue starts… I just can’t use the data out from the previous step anymore. Like i can’t deploy the list anymore or I don’t know...
 



I’ve duplicated the zap – same problem.
I’ve created a complete new zap – same problem.

It used to work quite fine yesterday—today not anymore. WHY ? Just why ? 

With Zapier, I waste so much time on things that should be so basic and should just work...

 

I rarely post things on forums and look for solutions myself, but here it's getting almost ridiculous…

My zaps also broke last night. Same issue. Spent ages troubleshooting this morning and eventually decided to reach out to support when I noticed this. https://status.zapier.com/#incidents-list 😭

I’m still experiencing issues, extremely frustrating because it was working and should be so simple.

I created a Zap to create a record for every deal that closes in Airtable.

Now - every time a deal closes it fails at the “Get Company” step, it has pulled the Record ID but it says it fails or there is no company ID. Please help.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like your Zap was working correctly yesterday, but today the data from the “Get Company (HubSpot)” step isn’t accessible or expandable the way it should be.
I completely understand how frustrating that can be—especially after putting so much effort into building out a working setup.
 
I took a look at the Zap and some recent runs, and I noticed a couple of things that might be contributing here:

  1. The Exact Online app in your Zap appears to be using an outdated version: View screenshot
    Try updating the app version using this guide: How to update app versions
  2. I also noticed a recent run failed with this error: View screenshot
    This might be preventing the data from loading correctly downstream.

 
As a next step, could you try replaying the Zap run that failed? Sometimes a temporary API hiccup can cause incomplete data to come through. Here’s how to replay a Zap run: Replay Zap runs
 
If this does not help, I recommend using the latest run as test sample so that you can see where the fields are mapped when the Zap runs live. Some app updates might change the fields.
