Attempting to set up a new Zap with the trigger to happen when a new comment is posted on one of our ads. I’m attempting the set up and connecting our business Facebook account to Zapier but the selection for our business profile is greyed out and citing that I need permission from the admin. I should have admin permissions to be able to grant but I can’t see where I would be able to do this, has anyone successfully set this up before and what permissions are needed to grant access?
“Learn more” just takes me to the Meta article for setting up permissions but it’s not clear which permissions are needed and how to approve for Zapier.
