I’m using an integration provided by a vendor of a software we use that sends JSON of the member records do be mapped into QBO. It’s a very simple workflow with two steps. It worked instantly for about 45 customers and then just stopped. It’s been 4 days. I waited 24 hours and tried replaying a held flow (a single customer) and it doesn’t run.

The error message is very generic and I can’t find anymore detail showing why its being throttled. I can’t find any evidence that this simple flow would be throttled by QBO. Any help would be appreciated. I dont know where to start.

Well I just tested a single one and even though it says held, it worked. So I reran all the held items and they seemed to all work. But they still all say held status. Is that normal behavior for zapier?

Hi @AxisDanceCo

Try adding this Zap step: Delay (After Queue)

That will space out the API requests to QBO so those do not get throttled.

Hi there, @AxisDanceCo 👋

Did the Delay After Queue action Troy suggested help to prevent those throttle errors?

Want to make sure this gets sorted, so please keep us posted on how it’s going!
