Hi,

I am trying to retrieve multiple records (as line items) from a Zapier table. However, it will ony return 3 records when there are clearly 11 records in the table that fit the search criteria (as best I can tell).

Is there something I am overlooking here, I don’t recall having problems with this function before. Or is does it appear to be an error with the function in Zapier?

Thank You in advance for any help/insights here.

My search criteria - Field 2 equal to 2025-06-17

The result is 3 records returned - Count = 3

This is my simplified table - With the filter applied it shows 11 matches using the same filter for Field 2 on the table itself

Hi All,

I found the solution to this.

It seems that the test output for the Zap step only provides 3 records.

Using test run for the whole zap or once the Zap is published the Zap step returns all the records as expected.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi @shane.massey
I was able to replicate the issue.

Hi @Troy Tessalone ,

I tried this and it only returns the first result, which is the last result in the table.

I read the article in the link, but it didn’t seem to cover anything beyond what I tried.

Any other ideas?

Thanks,
Shane
