Hello! I am trying to have a Google Form link sent out to the ‘assigned to’ agent in Follow Up Boss when a new contact is created. I continue to get a failed to send outbound email. Any ideas on how to set this up would be greatly appreciated!

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • the encountered error
