Hi. I need help.
So I am making a Zap for Jotform to Better Agency.
Once the form in jotform was filled, it will create a new opportunity in the Sales Pipeline. But when I tested it, it only create/update a prospect but it did not create a new opportunity in Sales Pipeline

Which Better Agency Zap action did you use? (We can’t tell from the screenshot)

Since you are using the Zap action “Better Agency - Create/Update Prospect” that is only creating or updating a Prospect in Better Agency.

Based on the Better Agency Zap app action names and descriptions, it may not be possible to create an Opportunity.
You can try reaching out to Better Agency for help with their Zap app integration.

How did you get on with the Better Agency Support team—did they create a feature request, or did they have a workaround for this?
It might also be worth reaching out to our Support team to open a feature request for the ability to create or update opportunities. That helps flag the need for this to the Better Agency app developers from our side as well, which might help to speed things up. 🤞
