Zapier Turning Off Without error message

I have a zap from Google Ads to my CRM that is not showing an error message but continues to turn off.  I have the started plan which includes premium zaps.  Does anyone have an idea why this could be occuring?

Bullhorn Contact details not pulling, and missing phone/email merge tags in Google Contacts

Bullhorn doesn’t seem to be pulling through contact details for a candidate record. Example - I want to add a contact in Google Contacts when a new candidate is added to Bullhorn. The Zap seems to be possible, but in the action box, the phone number and email address merge tags don’t come up as an option. Does anyone know why this is? Am I doing something wrong?

Troubleshooting: Zap is not triggering on Google Calendar events to control Local Line store.

First time Zapper here!I’ve tried to create a Zap to automatically open and close my store on Local Line using a google calendar event. The Zap seems to be created and is turned on, it should have triggered this morning at 10am but there is no recorded history in my zaps. How do I fix this?Thanks!

Monday.com to Excel Zap only adds first column data in new rows.

Hello AllI need help solving a problem with an automation.The automation is supposed to add a new row to an Excel sheet every time a new item is created or updated in Monday.com. I've mapped the columns from Monday.com to the corresponding columns in Excel (using the column IDs).During the test, the row is correctly created in Excel with all the information in the right place, but when I add a new user on monday, only the first column corresponding to the item name (pulse name ?!) is added on excel, without the data from the other columns.I've tried troubleshooting the problem by checking the Zap, verifying the column mappings, and checking the data in Monday.com, but without success.If anyone has encountered this problem before or has suggestions on what I could try next, I would be very grateful for your help.Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

transfers are scheduled but not running at all. I have a recurring transfer set up to pull from onedrive to google sheets and it only successfully ran once but although it is scheduled to run daily, it has never run since then. Why is this?

EMERGENCY PLS HELP – whole account frozen, all zaps probably not running

I created Zap automation that creates gmail templates for me with help of OpenAI. Simple 3 step workflow, I tested it succesfully and when I triggered, zap did not run and my whole account started lagging. Wherever I go, I get blank screen and this error:A server error has occurredINTERNAL_FUNCTION_INVOCATION_FAILEDIm afraid my whole account is frozen and all Zaps are not running, which is major issue for me. I set up a zap through the new ChatGPT plugin, connected my email, but am having issues with a “No trigger present in ZDL error” when trying to scrape google alerts form my inbox. Email is connected, label is correct I believe, but am still getting this error.  Any ideas?

Utilities Formatter not separating text by comma separator.

I have an Eventbrite integration that is pulling in order data which, if the order was for more than one ticket, shows each answer multiple times for each ticket. So, ticket quantity I get 1,1,1,1 instead of 4. I’m using Zapier formatters to break these down and reference them later on.Here are my settings:App - FormatterEvent - UtilitiesTransform - Line-item to textInput - my data line which, if the answer was ABC and the person bought 3 tickets would show ABC, ABC, ABCSeparator - blank - default is “,” and it looks / returns something like this:  But then I get to the final category - custom question answers. We have two required custom checkout questions. The first is a selection of text from a drop down and the second is fopen for fillable text. For whatever reason, the only way Eventbrite gives me those answers in Zapier (via either the new attendee or new order triggers) is combined as one item - and then copied x the # of tickets purchased. The raw data that comes out of Eventbr

The app returns an "Internal server error" when a task is completed in Todoist and sends an update to monday.com.

Hey guys,I’ve connected my monday.com and Todoist accounts so that when a task is created in monday, it gets created in Todoist as well. I’m trying to set it up so that when a task is completed in Todoist, it sends an update to Monday, but I’m getting this error “The app returned "Internal server error".”Anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong?Thanks!

GoFormz “TypeError [ERR_UNESCAPED_CHARACTERS]: Request path contains unescaped characters” error

Hey All, We are using Zapier to help our Goformz flow into Dropbox after being submitted. Sometimes we have a Zap error because of a Name, Rogue Space, or missing info in Salesforce. Every time we correct that issue, we get a “While requesting "dev_file" from GoFormz we ran into an error: TypeError [ERR_UNESCAPED_CHARACTERS]: Request path contains unescaped characters” error the next day.  This happens every time on every corrected issue, but only if we made a correction. Flow works as expected if nothing interrupted the normal flow.  I can’t find any help topics on this, so any help is appreciated!

Hello, I’d like to know what kind of input the below field expects.The product has a variable number of images stored in a string array.I tried to pass the array, a comma separated list, converted to line items with a formatter step but nothing works. I keep getting an error  like ‘images empty or missing’. . Any idea?

Issues with Stripe to Xero Zap: Inaccurate discount fields affecting invoices.

We have been using the “Invoice created” event in the Stripe integration to create invoices in Xero. The “discount” fields seem to have changed, breaking our Zap. It used to display the actual discount which we could send to Xero, but now it references a discount object: discount: di_1MvyB1EsinRmtGCNhxCAdHXW There no longer seems to be any fields that allow you to get the actual discount amount, meaning our invoices in Xero don’t match Stripe. Has something changed in Stripes API? Can this be fixed?

Create Ticket in Zendesk action doesn’t allow attaching a file.

Hi there, I am trying to simply send a file by email via Zendesk, which is the main customer communication channel we’re using.Since Zendesk tickets are basically emails, I just want to send an email with attachment.However, the Create Ticket in Zendesk action doesn’t allow to attach a file. It looks like I have to 1. create the ticket, and 2. add the attachment to an existing ticket: With that logic:Either I create a ticket (first comment public) with some content, and then use attach file to ticket (with text/a comment). In that case, the customer receives 2 consecutive emails -- bad or I Create the ticket with a first private comment (~ an internal note in Zendesk), and then try to Add file as attachment in that case the customer doesn’t receive any email -- worse the Attach File to Ticket step keeps the private mode and doesn’t allow to change it, so the ticket exists with 2 private comments, the initial one and the second one + attachment I also tried the Updating an existing Z

Apollo error: We hit an error adding your new account Authentication failed: The app returned "Not Found".

I am trying to setup Apollo as a connection in Zapier, which I’ve done with other services no problem. I have the master key setup, but I had to reach out to Apollo asking what the “Name” field was requesting. My login name, my name, company name? They stated is was (name here), but I feel like that might not be accurate. I’ve tried many different combinations but I still get this error everytime from Zapier. We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: The app returned "Not Found".Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup Double check your Account has the correct permissions Check out our help docs for more informationI never see the “Allow” or “Accept” mentioned in 1. Square to Google Sheets, line items starting from Row 1 instead of in order

Hi, I have a Zap running from Square to Google Sheets. It is supposed to create one or more rows when an order is processed in Square. The issue I’m having is the data is showing up at the top of the spreadsheet, always in Row 1. I need it to start on Row 2, and continue consecutively (Row 3, Row 4, etc.) each time an order is processed (sheet screenshot). Thanks!
