Missing data from Facebook leads in monday.com integration
Hi - We are trying to take a facebook lead into monday.com but for some reason the below information is missing, on all the incoming leads. Any idea how we can get the data? Other data are pulling through fine, it is just this that seems to be blank.

@RedHotZone is this screenshot from a live run or just from testing? If it’s the latter, I’d suggest submitting a test lead and refreshing the trigger test to see if your submission flows through.
Send a fresh test lead. Fields usually appear after that...
@DennisWF @EchoPalmer This zap is being used at the moment. So i did try what you guys mentioned and tried a fresh lead but still the same results !!!!
As shown in the screenshot you can see that information is still not coming through.

Just came across this and it seems you’re running into a bug that’s been reported, where values for the fields pictured in your screenshots are missing. While we can’t provide a timeline for a fix I have added you to the bug report as an affected user, so you’ll be notified via email as soon as it’s sorted.
There aren’t any workarounds reported at this time but I’ll be sure to follow up here if I come across any. If there’s anything else I can help with in the meantime please do let me know.
