Trouble with DocuSign fields not populating in Lead Connector

Hey! So I have an objective, a client will fill a contract I send from DocuSign, and be able to move info like address & phone to Lead Connector.

But currently it doesnt populates what the person signing fills in.

I’m working with the automations “Envelope Completed” & “Recipient Completed”

I’ll share how the DocuSign shows in my end, but I never get the fields I try to get.

Zap with Envelope sent or completed trigger not triggering/can't pull samples

You must have a paid Docusign plan to use this trigger

Make sure to configure clear data labels in the Docusign Template
