Add Invitees automatically after Jotform submission?

Hi All!

 

I’ve been reading some of the community posts to see if I could get a solution to this problem but I couldn’t get anything to work.

 

I currently have a Jotform asking our clients to submit their full name and email if they would like to participate in a virtual session we host every month. I created a Zap that every time the form gets a submission, it adds such email to the attendee list in a specific shared calendar. However, after attempting several solutions, I still dont get it to even ‘test’ it.

I already verified and tried all th suggested fixes in the ‘Troubleshoot’ tab (last screenshot)

 

Can somebody pls help?

Hi ​@Juabn 

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in the CONFIGURE tab in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
