"Invalid currency code error" with Square's New Order trigger

I’ve previously built zaps with Square with no issue, but now when I build one with the “New Order” event I get the error: Failed to fetch an order from SquareError while retrieving: Invalid currency codes : UNKNOWN_CURRENCY I disconnected the app from my account and re-added it, but no luck. Has anyone else experienced this?

Notion error: Authentication issue, the account says ''expired'' when I reconnect.

Hi ;-)when I create a zap (notion), my zap indicates my account as ''expired'' and when I reconnect, it does not work.Is this normal?can someone help me?thanks ;-)

Cannot publish Zap Your Gmail account connection is stale

After few days of my Gmail connection whenever I make a Zap and Publish it throws back an error that Cannot publish ZapYour Gmail account connection is stale Can anyone please tell us why our Gmail connection expires, what are the factors behind this error and how we can solve it permanently. We are facing the same errors for the Google Drive and Google Calendar.You little suggestion will be highly appreciated.Thanks.

My newly created leads from Salesforce won't convert into opportunities.

Hi there, I am trying to create a Zap where when a contract is signed => update salesforce. The issue is that if there is no lead, we need to create a lead and then convert that lead to an opportunity and update that same opportunity.  I keep running into issues where it will create the lead but wont convert the lead data to an opportunity. If you have any help, or suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Active Campaign Opens not coming over consistently

I have a ZAP that is suppose to trigger when a campaign in Active Campaign is opened.  It was working perfectly before August 1st...but now only about 1/3 of them seem to be coming over.  Not sure what changed.  Anyone have any ideas?  Is this a Zapier issue or an Active Campaigns issue?

New GSheet rows not adding data in correctly to Calendar

HiAm trying to get my Zap working - and the zap test does what I need it to do (takes the first row of my GSheet and creates a calendar entry in the correct date and time), but If I add a new row (and zap is set to new or updated rows), it doesn’t put the fields in the right place - and my date/time becomes my description - and the calendar entry is on todays date instead.But the test works perfectly…What am I missing?

ACT! Error: We hit an error adding your new account. Authentication failed: The app returned “An error has occurred”

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.I am getting errors/issues connecting ACT! To Zapier. I have tried many different settings and credentials to connect IE: default database or the other 2. None work. No popups come up and my account is admin with full permission. I can login to ACT! just fine in my.act.com. I did create Zaps for my old act account a couple years ago and the zaps in there are for that. I did delete the old ACT! connection. Trying to connect ACT! to salesmate and will also need to connect ACT! to gravity forms. Attached some screen shots.

Can't get my zap to find a post in wordpress

I am trying to set up a zap to post my blog articles to social media when a new blog is published. I have done it two other times for other websites no problem, but can’t seem to get it to fetch a new post. There are plenty of blog posts in there, and I even published a brand new one so it had something new to fetch. Please help.

How can I "re-run" a Zap?

We had a handful of Zaps that Zapier claims ran successfully, but the target claimed that the data never made it into their system.Is there a way to re-run a Zap that is already flagged as Completed?

Post new photos from discord to twitter

I am trying to setup a Zap that will tweet any new photos posted in one of my discord channels.Setup:Trigger - Discord - new message posted to channelAction - Twitter - create tweet - message & attachments I then test by sending a photo to the channel and nothing happens. I have tried replacing attachments with, content, embeds, and attachment URL. nothing i try will work when a photo is posted.

Can I include an image that I have tweeted in a POST to a Discord Channel?

Hi, I’ve been able to create Zaps that are successfully POSTing the text in my Tweets to an ‘announcements’ channel on my Discord server which in itself is great. But, my tweets also include images or GIFs. I only do one image a tweet but it’s like a flyer. Is there a way for me to include the attached image in a Tweet in what get’s posted to Discord? I’ve been testing various options in the ‘Set up Action’ section of my zaps and tried various different things to do with Media or attachments in the ‘Insert data’ options of the Message Text box but to no avail. All that happens in Discord when I test the Zaps is that I get my Tweet text and then a URL which I presume could be the URL of the GIF I’m trying to display beneath my text in Discord. Regards, Steve

Duplicate value in a Google Sheet when the value sent to Zapier is empty

Hi, My problem is quite simple but I can’t solve it! Hope anyone can help me.i connected leadpages → zapier → google sheet. The problem is: when one of my customers leave a field of my form empty, in google sheet I find the value of the previous customer duplicated. Here is a screenshot (in italian but you can see the problem):Just the second wrote the sentence “Di pomeriggi verso le 14:00 Grazie”. The others were fields that the customers left empty but I find duplicated in Google Sheet.Anyone can help?

400 Error

Hey community, I want to connect WebinarJam with KlickTipp. I did this connection many times because we do monthly webinars. I set the the zeps up and in the final test zapier is showing a 400 error. I machted the connection with my old ones that worked in the last month and they were the same. Than I made a test on an old connetion wich worked and I got the 400 error again. Is somethind with zapier? Can someone pls help me

How do I make a sticker for each Shopify line item when pdfFiller only has an option for the last line item?

I am trying to send the line items on a shopify order to loop by zapier and than to pdf filler to fit smaller stickers, so the goal is to make a sticker for each line item. The problem I am running into is when I get to the pdf filler part of zapier it only has the option for the last line item… How do I fix this?

Monday.com get column value and change column with pulled value

 Hi All, I have an issue with the change of a column in Monday. I pulled data from an item with the “Get column value” action and now want to change another item’s column in another board with the pulled “person” value.Get column value Change column value  It works as long as I do not use the value I retrieved in the step before.The error message is the following:   Can anyone help with that?  Much appreciated, thankMatthias

Firebase 400 Error

I'm trying to connect google sheets and firebase realtime database. I inserted "users" into the Path line, left Newid empty, and indicated the columns that I want to transfer to firebase in Data. But when testing, I get an error:Status Code 400 Bad RequestYour Zap is likely to be missing a required field, or a field value wasn't in a recognized format. For example, if a field in your action step is expecting an email address, but the value given is a name, the app may return a 400 error.Anybody knows how to solve the problem?

Intercom & Typeform integration - create lead - not working - lead not found

However this is not working. The lead is not created on Intercom but when I check the history of the zap it says it’s working. Could someone tell me if i’m doing something wrong? Here are some screenshots:

Docusign to email and Drive - Data hydration failure - some fields may be missing

Hi,I created a zap a few weeks ago that worked perfectly when creating it and testing it one step at a time. Sending a completed Docusign to a gmail address and sending the file to Google Drive. However when I turn the zap on, the zap doesn’t work. It stops at the 1st step of the zap with this error message “Data hydration failure - some fields may be missing”.  No matter how many times I test the zap, it works fine at each step of the tests - it’s able to send the PDF by email and uploaded it to Google Drive.  But when its actually set to automate the process it doesn’t work. Someone made a similar post about 4 months ago who experienced a similar situation. The proposed solution was to ensure that "Allow sender to download form data" is set to "yes" but this criteria is already set to "yes" in my zap and it still doesn’t work.Any idea what I’m doing wrong or how to fix?

Active Campaign not triggering zap to register people to easywebinar

I have a zap that has worked before and when I test it works but for some reason isn’t running properly now.  Active campaign tag is added, should be firing a registration to an easy webinar event and an add to simple texting. Neither zap is working. I also tried running a similar zap to a google sheet just to check if it was something else but still nothing. Has anyone seen this issue before where the action that’s supposed to be triggering isn’t triggering at all? I’m assuming it’s an active campaign issue but I’m not sure how data is captured. is active campaign actively pushing the data or is zapier fetching the data? Any way to troubleshoot this? I have a sales campaign that starts on sunday and need this to work ASAP. EEK

Salesforce: lead to opportunity mapping triggering 'updated field on record' trigger

We are trying to automate appointment creation along with some auxiliary google services related to that appointment. The issue is or appears to be that when the updated field is updated as a lead and then that lead is converted to an opportunity the Zapp for the opportunity is triggered from the mapping from lead to opportunity

Multiple Salesforce Price Books/Price Book Entrys

I have a zap set up for orders to come over from Shopify to Salesforce. The step where an order is created specifies the Standard Price Book, which is what I want. I have a step after that that uses “Run Javascript in code by Zapier.” This puts the proper sku, quantity, discount on one line. The next step is to find a pricebook entry for the above skus. Instead of picking the price book entry from the Standard Price Book, it is picking the first price book entry that comes up after searching by sku. I don’t understand why it is not pulling by what I specified in the “create an order” step. One sku could have multiple price book entries in Salesforce. I need to support that. Has anyone run into this and come up with a solution?Thanks. Rachel

Multiple Attendees Sheets to Calendar

Hello!  I’m trying to include multiple attendees in Google Calendar going from Google Sheets.  It’s not allowing me to include more than one email address.  Does this have anything to do with using the free trial?  All the email addresses are formatted correctly and work individually, but not when there is more than one.
