TikTok error: ‘We're having trouble loading 'Ad Account' data. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'list')’

Hey! I am just trying to create a zap for some of our TikTok campaigns but I am seeing this error message: 

‘We're having trouble loading 'Ad Account' data. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'list')’

 

Is there a current issue with the Zapier connection to TikTok?

Thanks for your reply! I have had a read over your related topic but our accounts are set up as business accounts. I have raised a ticket so thanks for leaving that link too! I have done some research and Zapier look to be having no issues, which I find strange as there seems to be a few people having the same issue as me.

Hi @Castle International!

I see that our Support team got back to you :) For anyone else who finds this thread, I’m quoting part of the response that might be helpful:

I took a look, and I see the error you see as well. Upon investigation, the most likely cause of this would be due to permission issues.
 
Can you verify that the account you use has Administrator level access to TikTok Ads Manager?
