Filter zaps being held if role doesn't match

My Zap - I get a new lead in my crm, zapier checks to see if the lead is owned by a sales rep, if it is, then zapier gets twilio to send a text to that salesperson’s cell phone. Where it gets caught up is when the lead owner is not a sales rep.

"authentication failed: The Zapier Wordpress Plugin has not been activated"

Hi there, I am trying to create a zap between Square and Wordpress, however the wordpress activation in Zapier is not working - it is saying the Zapier Wordpress plugin has not been activated even though it definitely has. I have deactived a security plugin and I can’t see any reason why it would be showing this, Any tips? I have not been show an “Allow” or “Accept” permission popup - where would this normally show? Or is the Zapier Wordpress Integration not functional at the moment? Thank you.

iAuditor not finding any report templates

I am wanting to integrate iAuditor with Dropbox - sending reports to a Dropbox file once completed in iAuditor. I have several inspections completed in iAuditor however when I go to set up a trigger it says that there are no reports templates in iAuditor to even test a trigger. In other words, the reports exist in iAuditor but zapier doesn’t seem to recognise them. Any help appreciated!

Quickbooks Customer Email Not Working

I’ve created a new zap that automatically creates a new invoice when a trello card is moved to a new list however…. when left blank, the email field should be picking up the default email for the customer however it’s not working and as a result the email isn’t being sent? I’ve checked everything twice and can’t see what i’m doing wrong.  The invoice is being created and everything else is working great, it’s just not assigning an email to the invoice and as such isn’t being sent...

Gravity forms to Monday.com: phone number not working - “invalid API for column value” error

Hi,I’ve been trying to integrate gravity forms with monday. it all works fine except for the phone number column, it doesn’t like the number given on gravity forms and says its invalid API for column vaue whereas all other column values work. I have tried multiple examples of phone numbers and all say invalid api for column value. is this an issue with gravity forms or just monday? or a zapier issue?

Update Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets not working as before

My previous zaps using “Update Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” allows me to see the columns in order to know which cell to update. I made a new zap with this same action but I am unable to see my columns. Without the columns, I cannot specify which cell in the row to update. Below is a screenshot of the action with the specified row but the columns are not showing.  Both zaps are using the action to find the row before updating it. I don’t work on the spreadsheets while I am working on the zaps so they’re not changing, there are no blank rows in the spreadsheets, and I have column headers. Could use some help identifying the problems here.

Odoo CRM certificate has expired

Hello,Suddenly my zaps using Odoo CRM are not working anymore because of an authentication failed. We did’nt change anything, it just happened suddenly. When trying to reconnect, I get this error, see screen shot. I don't understand. Please can you help.Thanks

Monday.com New Item in Board tests not working - “An item could not be found”

Trying to create a zap where the trigger is when a new item is created in a specific board within monday.comThis was working until a few days ago, now with the newest choice of monday.com as the trigger app when trying to configure the first step and test it, the test comes back as “Test Trigger (error) An item could not be found. The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.” and then future steps can’t be configured as certain columns don’t show up.I have tried all troubleshooting suggestions, reconnected monday, re-made zaps and nothing has helped rectify this issue. My connection is configured correctly. I have other zaps that connect with monday and work but these zaps are triggered by something other than monday.com. I’m only having a problem with any zap that is triggered by something in Monday.com and it’s only been since the introduction of the latest monday.com app connection option. Could someone please help

Test post not working? (Twitter - Discord)

I simply get nothing when running the test post.I’ve connected both twitter and discord. The bot is in the server, it’s role is at the top, but still nothing posts.It’s a regular channel, not an announcements, so I’ve already ruled that out.Is it broken or did I do something wrong? UPDATEI’ve also activated the zap and started testing it.First I posted then waited 5 minutes… Nothing…Then I went in and manually ran it. It found the new tweet and stated the posting to the discord channel was successful...nothing…It’s simply not working at all.UPDATE 2IFTTT worked well with no issues so I’ve switched to that.

Need to talk to a human - trouble setting up workflow

Hi There, I am having a hard time with the pass around from different support managers. The instructions I have been sent do not mirror the steps on your site in order to create a Zap. Emailing back and forth is not working and need real live support. Is there a contact number or a way to be contacted by someone?

Bug? Match All option not working for Extract Pattern Step.

 I’m trying to set up a Zap that notifies our team members in Slack when they’ve been @mentioned in Intercom. I’ve got it working for single @ mentions left in a note, but can’t get it working if someone @ mentions multiple people in the same note.The more I look into it, the more it seems like something is broken in Zapier. While testing, I can see that Zapier uses re.findall() when you select the Match All property for Extract Pattern steps, so I flipped this on to account for multiple arguments.When I test this regex search in VSCode, the code works as expected. But in Zapier, it only returns the first value as if Zapier is still using re.search() instead of re.findall() behind the scenes. Am I missing something here or is this a bug? If so, how do I get this looked at? I can’t figure out how to reach the support team.​​​​​​

Looping issue with airtable value

I have a zap that loops through a single ID and will then modify multiple airtable records linked to that single ID. The Loop that I created will loop through the multiple IDs attached to this single ID.When I run the zap, it will only change the first two in the preview and not the last one (aka the one shown at the top and bottom of the screenshot | 3wpoFm…). Instead it double counts loop 1 (pzeoW….) in two separate zaps. What am I doing wrong here?

Handling Clearbit "Find Company by Domain" failure

Hi there, What is the best way to handle when the Clearbit "Find Company by Domain" action fails? As shown in the attached image “Should This Step Be Considered A "success" When Nothing Is Found?” has been set to true. In the subsequent Python step I use the “[Dummy]” value so that the Python code should never fail because “Cb_company” is empty in the case that Step 4 does not return a company name. However, as shown in the attached image Step 5 and the subsequent steps which are dependent on Step 5 fail because Step 4 fails. I do not think this should be happening since “Should This Step Be Considered A "success" When Nothing Is Found?” has been set to true but I wanted to ask the community first before reporting this as a bug to Zapier.

hello ı have created zapsı want to get my leads from facebook to email and also to google scheest.but currently it is not working. because today ı got a lead but my zap did not work. the other question is that ı have two leafs form that ı want to save in the same google scheets that does not work also.but ı have seen in a video in which the could do that. i hope you can solve my problems so i can use it without any problem

Gform>Zap>JIRA Issue Creation Failure | Unable to create issue: {"summary":"The summary is invalid because it contains newline characters."}

Hi All, We’re encountering a weird problem that’s completely new to us with our integration flow.Quick background:1. users submit a google form response2. zapier pulls the information from the gsheet that the gform results populate3. zapier then creates a JIRA issue with a bunch of fields autofilled with the various gsheet information saved4. the responses are pure text with no other media/content/etc This has worked for several months with no to minimal changes, which all test successfully and the changes just being what text is populating which fields. Recently, one of our most important zaps (of which there are multiple variations that do the same thing from other form responses and all still work except for this one) consistently failed to run with the error messageUnable to create issue: {"summary":"The summary is invalid because it contains newline characters."} Unfortunately, there’s little to no documentation around this issue. Facebook Lead Ads not working / not triggering

Hi, since a few weeks, new zaps from Facebook Lead Ads are not sent. Defined flow: from FCBK to Mail (zoho). I noticed that the fields to be exported decreased (ex. creative name...) but even the “name” and “email address” that appears in the gathering fields, then the zap is not triggered and the lead is not sent. I tried to reconnect zapier with facebook and the connection and permissions seems OK.  any changes on GDPR from facebook that is causing any problem? any other ideas?

Email parser not extracting link to image attachments from Squirrelmail

Currently our customer fills out a Help Form that provides the ability to add an attachment to the form, this form is delivered to our Squirrelmail account where we utilize the email parser to extract the information from the email and create a ticket in our Zendesk account. When an attachment (typically an image) is included with these requests a link to the image is provided in a separate attachment section of the email that the parser does not seem to be picking up, it does see identify an attachment exists however it does not identify the links to the images.

Conditional Paths not working - No values sent from Airtable

As there is no updates coming out, I created a new post as this is a separate issue. Conditional Paths are not working when the variant being searched is being sent from Airtable.

Path rules are not working

Hello, Path rules do not seem to be working correctly. When attempting to edit and define rules in paths, a single input field shows up, as opposed to the several fields that generally show up in which rules can be defined. Inputting variables in the input field leads to an error when attempting to continue or enable the Zap. See the screenshot.  When trying to continue, this error occurs.  Moreover, when exiting to the main menu and attempting to enable the Zap, the follow error occurs.

Outlook step not receiving email address from Airtable - Required field “To Email(s)” (recipients) is missing

Zaps using AirTable and Outlook are not working, it’s not likiing the email address being brought over from Airtable? This is currently affecting at least 100 of my zaps.

Hi I’ve created a zap from facebook to twitter and the images are blurry.I saw a similar post where the only answer is “Check that you used the highest resolution of the image provided from Facebook.”, but I don’t know how or where.

Integration sendowl and airtable runs perfectly the test but it is not working properly

Hi There! Just created an integration between Sendowl and Airtable.Once a payment is pursued in sendowl, the workflow creates a new record is created in airtable.In Sendolw i asked for two custom fields, and i nees them to be included in a cell of the new record. That is how i programmed the interration.The test runs perfectly and the created record includes this custom fields.Hw, when the zapier is on and a new order is made in sendowl, zapier doesnt write the custom checkout field value in the new record.I think it is kinda bug related to the actual timing of the workflow.Any help? David

“Deleted File” trigger

Hello!I am a Zapier beginner and am still figuring it out. Thankfully, there is a community such as that I can get help and opinion on the topics that I’m interested in! So.. here’s what happened recently:I’ve connected my Dropbox account to a database on Notion and got my first zap working! Then I’ve realised that once I go back to my Dropbox and delete a file or a folder from there, or rename one of them, the database does not update. The database stays the same, with the only difference that once I press the URL it shows as a not existing one. How do I fix that?Looking forward to hearing some opinions! Many thanks,Kamelia

Stripe order not triggering Zap to send email in Flodesk

Hi there, my Stripe zap is not working and executing with Flodesk despite running a test zap and it working. Nothing is logged in the zap history either. I am not sure why the test works but live result doesn’t. I’ve been struggling for hours Can someone please advise? Thank you so much! Also of note that I use SquareSpace for collecting orders. So once a user submits an order the order gets sent to Stripe and from there I want them to get a Flodesk email that puts them into my workflow.
