I’m trying to create a Zap that takes a Gravity Form (in this case a wholesale order form), and looks on Xero (my accounting software) for that contact. If it finds the contact it needs to create an invoice for the contact; if it doesn’t find the contact then it needs to create the contact and then create an invoice.But I’m getting stuck on the Find or Create contact stage. When I test it, it says ‘No property or field 'xxxx' exists in type 'Contact' (where xxxx is the name of the contact). But I can’t work out what to do to solve this…Can anyone help?
Hello, I am trying to copy a template folder and its contents to another in Sharepoint. Thanks to App Extensions builder, it automatically creates the Input field and actions. See below. However, when I try to put that in action, it throws an error: Domain did not match expected domain filter(s)Here is the information I put on to the fields. I will appreciate somebody who can help advise me which of the fields I put incorrectly.
When using a Twitter Mention trigger and posting it to Discord, what we see is a bare URL text in Discord. It doesn’t unfurl or show a preview. (this is the Zapier bot, I’ve obviously customised it with the name and icon). If I take the same URL and enter it on its own in a message, it shows the preview / unfurls. The Zap ‘Message Text’ looks like this:Any suggestions on this? Is there something else I should be adding here? Is it a permission thing for the bot?

I am in the process of seeing what my best option will be for a form on my website that will connect to an API and then put that information into an application. I have all of the API documentation. The problem is I am not seeing where I can create a “custom” webhook so when the prospect clicks on the “submit” button on the form it triggers the API and puts that data into my application.
Hi everyone,I have 2 databases in Notion: Clients and Orders. Email is a common field across these two. I’m posting this as a solution as no one else has (as far as I could tell).My use case is below, but this approach will work for anyone who wants to use Zapier to download a file from a URL in an email, i.e. in the email you receive, the file is NOT an attachment but is available to download via a link in the email. Using the Zapier mail parser you can grab that file and use it in zaps to do what you want with the file (e.g. forward as an attachment in an email, save to Google Drive, etc).The basic overview is this:Auto forward email → Email Parser by Zapier → Zap My problem was with Stripe invoices and receipts – I want to auto-forward the invoice and receipt PDFs on to Dext as attachments in emails (Dext automates the receipts getting to my accounting software, automating much of our bookkeeping). Hello! I am collecting registration data through Eventzilla and trying to use Zapier to separate the registration answers that come in as a string of text into line items. Using a comma as a separator works fine until a registrant uses a comma within one of their registration answers (within an individual field). This inherently creates additional items within the output which throws things off. It is not an option to change the registration questions within Eventzilla to be multiple choice, dropdown, etc.-- it needs to be a text box.I read through some of the articles and tried replacing the comma with a semi-colon via Formatter > Text > Replace yet that method replaces the commas within the registrant’s answers with semi-colons as well, not just the commas separating the answers.Any help would be greatly appreciated! We have an app that triggers a POST to a Zapier Webhook (using a Zapier generated URL). It works great. The data for testing purposes writes out to a google sheet. is it possible to enable Basic Authentication on the above URL? If it’s supported, I can’t seem to find out where/how. Good morning, I am new to Zapier but I believe it’s got the potential to perform the action that I’m looking for Our till system uses Epos Now and our website uses Shopify. We want our orders from Epos Now to go to the Shopify Platform as that is where we control our inventory from as it has a better range of user-friendly tools. I’ve tried created a Zap for a new order but cannot fathom as to how to get Line Items to appear in that order. Searching this forum further I note the suggestion that I create a Google Spreadsheet with Products from both listed to create a lookup? Is that correct? If somebody has the time to offer me a steer on how to achieve this then that would be great Many thanks JJ
I have a channel X in workspace A connected with channel Y in workspace B. I have an automation that messages posted to channel X are copied to channel Y. That works. Also replies to a message in channel X are posted to channel Y. So far so good. But the replies in channel X are shown as new messages in channel Y, I would like that they are shown as replies in the thread of the message instead. Is that possible?
