Send Channel Message in Discord - Invalid Webhook Token error

i’m trying to post on Discord some text from an rss feed.

i have multiple channels and i don’t know why for some channels the integration (and the webhook) works, for others no.

Its says: Invalid Webhook Token - code 50027

Ok but why for some channel the token is wrong and for others works fine?

(Zapier with full permissions)
