Is it possible to use Zapier to track page view, product view and added to cart? And then trigger Facebook and/or Google to enable retargeting?
Why is my zap removing a person from my subscription service immediately when I have it set to remove the person at the end of the current period? I have the zap set up and tested and it removed my test person from my paid community immediately but I specifically have it set up not to do that so that the customer retains access until the end of their billing cycle.
I have a Zap running that sends email sign-ups from Hello Bar to Mailchimp. Since Hello Bar only collects data from 1 name field, the customers’ full names were being added to both the First Name and Last Name fields in Zapier and showing up that way in mailchimp. For example: “First Name: John Smith Last Name: John Smith.”I was able to use the formatter to split the names into first name and last name and send them to Mailchimp that way. However, when I look at the contacts in Mailchimp, all the names now look like this “First Name: John, John Last Name: Smith, Smith.”Any ideas on why that would be? Or possible solutions?
Cvent has two ways of adding attendees either by adding them as an invite or registering them. Our account is set up to use the invite route.With how our cvent account is set up I’m unable to use the pre-built “add Attendee” step, which uses the register route, so I’ve added an API request step. Unfortunately when I try to use the URL from their developer portal (https://api-platform-eur.cvent.com/ea/attendees ) I get an error “Domain did not match expected domain filter `io.cvent.com`” which I think refers to a previous version of the API. When I amend the request to use the equivalent io.cvent.com URL I get a 403 error. Is there a way round this other than dropping back to pure webhooks?
My zap to pull event attendees from Eventbrite works except that it only creates a Salesforce record for the purchaser not all attendees. So if a person buys two tickets, only one name comes through.

Hi, I set up a new connection to send to Slack for every RSS feed update. The slowest that Zapier says it will be is 15 minutes, but it took 30 minutes. Is there something else I should be doing? Thank you!
I’ve successfully used a zap to create an envelope in Docusign using 3 templates, all of which have required & optional fields for a recipient to sign. My zap sends the Docusign recipient’s name and email address, but I want to send NO other data. The envelope is created successfully in Docusign with all 3 documents, but the signer can only sign fields on the LAST document (all the data fields from my first 2 templates are gone). I’ve reordered the templates, and it always just skips to the final document. I’ve confirmed if I create the envelope with 3 templates manually in Docusign, it works fine. It’s only when I create the envelope using a zap.I think it has something to do with the data fields in my zap. It pulls them in to my Action step, but I want them to be ignored so the signer can fill them in as required.

I have two values which are Boolean.Is there a way to send those to Firebase as Boolean instead of String?I am trying to use the data within SwiftUI but cannot set the Boolean within the app as needed.I saw this from a while ago but couldn’t figure out anything more recent. Hi,I've created a chatbot with two knowledge sources: a document with general information and a table with FAQ. When I ask a question covered in the FAQ, the chatbot fails to find the answer. However, if I explicitly mention in my query to check the FAQ, it then retrieves the answer.I tried configuring the chatbot to always check the FAQ in the directive, but it didn't solve the problem. It seems the only effective method is to specifically instruct the chatbot to search the FAQ in each prompt.Why does specifying the knowledge source help the chatbot find the answer? Ideally, it should be able to retrieve the information without needing such directions.

Hello, I’m trying to build a Zap that assigns a custom property value in Hubspot based on whatever the current value is. For example if the current custom property value is “Uncontacted”, I want it to assign “Contacted #1”. If the current value is “Contacted #1”, I want it to assign “Contacted #2” after the trigger. I’m using a path to do this & the Create or Update Contact Hubspot integration, but I cannot find out how to get the custom property data from Hubspot into the the if/only statement of the path. When I try to create the path, I can only see the default HubSpot data (from the Create or Update Contact step before) and not the custom property data I need to make the if/only function. Thanks!
I’m having all sorts of issues with this one zap.I’ve a successful zap from ‘new clients’ in Practice better zapped to a new subscriber group in Mailerlite.I’m trying to set up a new zap from Practice Better when someone confirms a ‘Masterclass booking’ and then then get zapped into a new subscriber group in Mailerlite, but the zap will not work. Even thought it’s just First Name, Last Name and Email… same as the zap that works above. It’s driving me bonkers this error - The given data was invalidI’ve tested the PB to Mailerlite is connecting - done workingBut it just will not read the data. correct email to email spot correct First name and last Name to spot ERROR
There is a shared folder in my Google Drive that was shared with me by a coworker.Inside that folder is an excel spreadsheet.When I go to create a Zap Trigger, I select OneDrive as the Storage Source. Zapier populates the shared folder (called COMM5) as a selectable option for the Folder.But when I go to choose a value for the Spreadsheet it says “No options available”.I have tried entering the ID as a custom value. I have tried entering the path as a custom value. I have tried entering the file link as a custom value. I have tried entering the file name. Each returns it’s own error when I proceed to test (such as Object Handle is invalid). How do I find the excel file so that I can add it as the Spreadsheet and ultimately add the Worksheet for triggering?

I am trying to set up a zap to push a bad paid lead back to the lead provider for reimbursement so I dont have to manually email them every time we get a bad lead. I really need to speak to a live person because theres no way I can explain this.

I spent countless hours creating a JS function that organizes my data into array elements — clean slices of data that can be selected and inserted into my subsequent Zap steps.Now that I’m happy with the my data format, I go to select this data and it’s once again concatenated into one giant, useless string!WHY does Zapier keep doing this? What is the usecase of automatically joining array elements and concatenating them into a string at every whim?? And how I do I stop this from happening?
I am trying to create a zapier automation that will lookup a spreadsheet row by trying to match a column value with an input value from a jira ticket. Ex: Spreadsheet column “Rand” has value 5468 I have a jira ticket field “rand_field” with value 5468when I am using these two to match, I am getting below error Failed to find a spreadsheet row in Google SheetsError from halted execution: Nothing could be found for the search. But if I change the match value from jira ticket field to a hard coded 5468. its working. can someone help with this!
Hello, I am trying to create a zap with the trigger of a tag added in Asana to both add a line to a spreadsheet and send an email in Outlook.But Zapier is not finding attachments in the asana task, so there is no available field to assign. I created the zap, published, and ran it on a test record to check the “Data Out” fields and I don’t see an attachment field there either.
