Hello,

I am trying to create a zap with the trigger of a tag added in Asana to both add a line to a spreadsheet and send an email in Outlook.

But Zapier is not finding attachments in the asana task, so there is no available field to assign.

 I created the zap, published, and ran it on a test record to check the “Data Out” fields and I don’t see an attachment field there either.

Hi @splashley

To help us have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured along with details about a specific example.

@Troy Tessalone

This is the “Data Out” reported for my Asana trigger

@splashley

Can you post screenshots from the Asana Task (ID: 1207249642561606) that shows the files you are trying to use in the Zap?

@splashley

You may have to explore creating a Custom Action (with the help of AI) or using the API Request Zap action to leverage the Asana API: https://developers.asana.com/reference/getattachmentsforobject
