Hi! I’m trying to build a series of Zaps to push data from different sources to an Airtable. What I’m hoping to do is have, in certain cells, data *added* to cells when a record is updated -- instead of overwriting the data in the existing cell. There doesn’t seem to be a natural way to do this; I was curious if there was syntax I could add to a field to make it additive? Or another tricky solution? Thanks!

Use case: I use Airtable to contain episode data for my podcast. Once a record is added to the main tab “Episode Content,” the episode is automatically published to my website.Question: I am running a zap beginning with "Schedule by Zapier" trigger to run every Monday at 6:05 am Mountain Time. The next step then goes to Airtable with a search action to find a record in a tab called "Upcoming" with a publish date that matches the date of the search. Then it goes to an Airtable create record action which then creates that same record within the same base in a tab called Episode Content.The problem is that this is only copying the record over rather than actually moving it. So after the action runs, I now have the same record in both tabs. I would like to be able to remove the record from the original (Unpublished) tab but cannot figure out a way to do that. Is there a method that I am overlooking? Or is this a request that needs to be made to Airtable to update their Zap with that action
I am trying to create a zap from a database. Right now, I can get the Zap to add an event on the calendar. but I would like the calendar to update the event when the row is changed. While i couldnt figure out how to do that, I was trying to 1. create an event, 2. on an edit, delete the past event, 3. create a new event. I just can’t figure this out.

I am getting this error validating my app but I have the JOSN data setup correctly and the data being returned also has the “id”: xxx field setup correctly bu the error will not go away. I am also getting the error “Static Sample Contains a Subset of Keys from Live Result” but the JSON I have entered and the JSON being returned from my API are the same with all the same parameters.

I am working to build a custom app integration in Zapier and I am using Scripting API for managing pre poll & post poll functions. The poll URL is returning response status code 200 but content is null. If i use that same API URL in sample PHP code then it is returning content with status code 200. Any suggestions on fixing this issue is highly appreciated.

So as we know zapier doesn’t have a MindBody integration set up, but they suggested I ask here to see if anyone has set up a custom integration before (with web hooks? or something like that)? Hello! I use Google Sheets and Gmail in order to send automated emails based on the “new row” inserted in the Google Sheets file. It works perfectly. Now, I have to set a challenger step: to send automated emails based on a specific date and time inserted in a Google Sheets column. Here the column headers I set (you see in the last column the date and time desired for the sending of the email): I read some topics in this community. So I set these steps: Every Hour In Schedule by ZapierLookup Spreadsheet Rows (output as Line Item) in Google Sheets Send Email in Gmail But there are some problems. When I set the trigger, the test outputs this automated values: and when I set the Lookup Value it returns only data from selectable fields of the Trigger and not of the Google Sheets Column. In fact, it returns error. Where am I wrong? Which is the correct flow?
I’m trying to figure out how to create a Zap. When a contact enters their info in my Click Funnel I want that contact to be sent to Follow Up Boss. I tried to set it up and now my Zapier account says I used up 601 tasks!! Please help! I’m happy to pay someone to show me how to do this or set it up for me.
I have a csv file generated periodically in phantombuster, that i’d like to import into a spreadsheet so that said spreadsheet is always populated with the newest output from phantombuster.So i have been using “new output in phantombuster” as the trigger and i thought using the google sheets “update spreadsheet row(s)” would be sufficient. But it appears that when i add “row number” at the end of the google sheets zap, i can only enter singular row values.I thought that this was the exact use case for this sheets zap? Or do i need Looping or somehting else?Thank you!
I connected pocket to google sheets adding a row whenever I save an URL on pocket. Nevertheless, the row is created at the top of the google sheet moving the header out of its place. how can i add it to the bottom of the google sheet for each adding ?
Hi! I'm duplicating and renaming a Trello (template) board following a trigger I pulled from the Rentman API. This template board is loaded with cards I want to fill with info from the trigger. During testing step by step this works perfectly, but when going through the whole zap, Zapier can't find the cards and creates duplicates. Simplified version of the ZAP: ...Trigger and pulled input... Copy Board in Trello Find or Create List on a Board in Trello - input: Board ID from 2this step is able to find the list in the created copy of the template board Find or Create Card in Trello - input: Board ID from 2, List ID from 3, Card name copy/pasted from card on template board.this step is able to find the board and list, but not the card, while the “Card Name” field is a direct copy past from the template board. - and therefore creates a new card, with the exact same name, which is updated in the next step. Update Card in Trello - input: Board ID from 2, List ID from 3, Card ID from 4. C

I recently got an update that this has now been added to Zapier.the "Send Chat Message in Microsoft Teams” function now has functionality to select Markdown or HTML. However… I can't seem to find this. When building the Zap I noticed that it makes me create an extra step to search for products, but the only variant to search is product title. I can not use product title because my ERP system does not have my Shopify product titles stored. I need help with: I would like to run the search using my product or variant SKU. Is this possible? Is it possible to download a ‘unique’ document from a URL in Gmail via a Zap?To explain…. I’ve set up a Zap to automatically forward invoices/receipts from Gmail to Xero and its been working great, but… I am increasingly finding that the email contains a URL to the invoice/receipt and not an attachment as such what goes into Xero is blank. So, my thoughts are to download the doc from the URL into google docs and from there to Xero but I am struggling to find how to download a document from the URL via Zapier. Grateful for any help. I have an Airtable to Zapier To Google Slide Template set up. All that works fine. I’ve created a new presentation from a template with data, so we’re good. I can find the presentation in another step.*Here’s where I get lost*I need to export that presentation to a PDF so I can send it via gmail. I’ve tried Upload File to Google Drive and couldn’t get it to work. I saw @Troy Tessalone mention GSlides will do it, but I don’t see any apps called GSlides, so maybe I’m looking in the wrong place.
