Pulling Clickup custom fields inputs to Zapier

I need help - I am using clickup as a CRM. I have created custom fields on clickup.

 

The zapier automation I am creating is to pull up the email from the custom email field on clickup and send an email. I am trying to use formatter to find the custom field - this might not be the proper way.

 

Someone help me please?
