Trying to send a salesforce attachement (PDF) to Box or Dropbox. I can’t seem to find the actual PDF document to send to Box or Dropbox. I see the attachment record and all the data, but not the actual pdf. I believe it’s actually a URL link I need. If so how to do get the PDF and send it to BOX or Dropbox. I hope that’s clear enough.
Hi, I am new here, I wish you could help me with this problem. I already exported my WooCommerce orders to Trello cards, separating texts and putting each item in the checklist. What I need is to create another Dashboard, where each item in the checklist is a card. Hello, everyone, I am having trouble creating a Zap to have posts on my Facebook business page automatically create a simple post or article in my Mighty Networks community. I have tried playing with the data fields, and I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Thus far, I have only been able to get the post caption from my Facebook posts to post to Mighty Networks, not the photos/images. Thank you in advance for any help that anyone can provide.
Dear zapier community, We are trying to connect Facebook lead Ads and sending Gmail, inputting data of leads Ads to Google spread sheet. We have setted up the zap, but the zap don’t work. I have a bot sending announcements from an airtable to a slack channel. My slack users will respond to that announcement in a thread. whenever such a message gets posted to the thread, I want my zap to trigger. Any ideas how to do it?
I have created a Google Form, that allows users to upload a file into my Google Drive folder, then the data entered on the form is populated into a Google Sheet with a hyperlink to the Drive location. We are using Airtable as a database, so I have created a zap to create a new record in Airtable from the record in Google Sheets. However, the zap is only transferring the uploaded file name, not the drive hyperlink. I am struggling to figure out a zap workflow to update the airtable record with the Google Drive link. Please let me know how can solve the highlighted issue. Thank you.
Hello, I'am trying to zap Mighty Network with Zoho CRM to upload the leads to Zoho CRM. To test Zoho CRM, you need to search for a lead (it'll search for e-mail) and if a lead doesn't exist, it'll create a new lead. I've done what's asked, input the token and linked all fields etc. However I get to “Send Data" step (test) and get an error message: Bargle. We hit an error searching for (or creating) a lead. Error parsing response. We got: "" I've Free Plan, now with 7 day Trial (with Premium Features). I don't know how to fix this, please help. Thank you!
I recently set up woocommerce on my site. The items I have work fine. I want to connect woocommerce and mailchimp when orders are created, but I keep getting this error when trying to connect to woocommerce. I’m not sure what else I need to do.

I know that two-way syncing isn’t something that’s currently available, but is it possible to set up a zap where a field update on a Salesforce Case results in an update on an existing Jira Issue (and vice versa)? Or can zaps only be set up to create new Jira Issues/Salesforce Cases? Our use case is the need to be able to update the “Status” of a Jira Issue directly in Salesforce.
I have created a zap when a person is tagged in Infusionsoft, they are created as a new member in Wishlist member on my Wordpress site. I’m getting this error: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Nu5pAW6 Not sure why, I’ve connected and tested teh connection to both systems fine. That part is working. Any suggestions?
I’m doing a LookUp in a Column in a Google Sheet using a value field in Infusionsoft. When Zap finds the value I then have it input a value from another Infusionsoft field in another cell in that same row that the first value was found. When I run the Tests it works perfectly. When I turn the Zap on and Tag a contact in Infusionsoft to trigger the Zap it fails. It doesn’t find the original Infusionsoft field, but it starts looking for a different field name. Is this happening with anyone else? I have run this test and recreated the Zap several times with the same results.
I have a Zap set up to trigger several field updates in Airtable based on the content of a Slack Message in a specific Slack Channel. The Zap formats the message, separating the text to allow for a searchable Airtable record name and a trigger phrase that is used to route the zap to one of 3 contextual paths, each path updating specific fields in the the search for air-table record based on specific criteria of that path. In each of these paths the zap is meant to extract the timestamp from the posted slack message and format this into an Airtable local time format and to update a specific date field in Airtable with this information based on which path is triggered. Every time I manually test and retest this process for all 3 paths the date field data is isolated, formatted and updated correctly in appropriate Airtable record based on the slack message trigger. Conversely, once the zap is out of test mode and is enabled the date field data does not update in the Airtable record as
Hello! I am creating a zapier integration for our invoicing software. I am however not sure how can I create a nest an array of JSON objects inside a jSON. "invoice": { "seller_name": "name1", "seller_tax_no": "123456789", "buyer_name": "name2", "buyer_email": "some@email.com", "buyer_tax_no": "987654321", "positions":[ {"name":"Product 1", "tax":23, "total_price_gross":10.23, "quantity":1}, {"name":"Product 2", "tax":0, "total_price_gross":50, "quantity":3} ] } I have no problem adding fields, I am however stumped with “positions”. I have tried making it a Line Group Item, but when I tried inputting some test data I realized it gets turned into a regular array of strings, rather than an array of JSON objects. "positions": [ "name: product 1", "vat: 23", "total_price_gross: 100", "quantity: 1" ] Is it possible to make it work in either zapier dev
Hi, I’m setting up a new zap that will integrate my Gumroad account to Mailchimp. When I set it up, even though I have lots of sales in my Gumroad account, Zapier says it can’t find any sales and it fills in a dummy sale of “John Doe.” So then when I try to create the zap, I get the message that it can’t be created because it needs a real sale. So I just had a friend buy something from me on Gumroad, thinking that maybe the sale needed to be made right while I was creating the zap, but it still didn’t pull the current sale. I am logged in to Gumroad. Perhaps this is something that can’t be done in the 14 day trial period? Thanks for your help.
Hello, I have a successful zap connecting my woocommerce shopping cart to QBO. My base products had variations and would name the products with the base product name and variation. AS Long as I have that matching name in QBO everything works. To try and get around the name change thing. I purchased woocommerce Product Add Ons. So Now the zap still works however the added on products are using a different data field. The base product uses Lines Items Name and the the Add Ons use Lines Item MetaData. This field is not passed so my invoices don't contain all the information to that order. When I tried to set up a test zap to pass that information it failed. I have opened up a ticket with woocommerce to look at this but wanted to put something out here as well. Is there a way to map multiple products in a woo shopping cart order to QBO. I am trying not to have all these different names for the same product. This would most likely be much easier if we could use the sku numbers.

Even if I don't have 2 left hands, I have not yet managed to set up a working Zap. Who can help me set up Zapier for the first time? Or suggest other comparable software if necessary Setup via remote. I am from Germany. Hi there, I created two zaps to automate between Clickup and Toggl creation of tasks. the first Zap creates a project on Toggl thanks to the one (list) created on Clickup The second zap creates a task on this project in Toggl when a new task is created on Clickup My concern is that the project is the issue as it has 2 different IDs between both apps. So when I create a 123456 project on Clickup it creates a 654321 on Toggl. This occures an error when the second zap is performed as it doesn’t find the project on Clickup. How would you perform this action ? I saw there is the “Filter” from Zapier but not sure it fits to this case ? Thanks a lot for any help :pray:

Would it be best practice to setup a service account to setup a new Zap integration with MS Teams? If we used a regular user account, the Zap would break when the password is updated, correct? Thanks!
