I am lookong for paid support to set up my first zaps

Hello everyone from Germany!

I recently came across Zaper and see it as the solution to automate many of my work processes. Even if I don't have 2 left hands, I have not yet managed to set up a working Zap.

 

Who can help me set up Zapier for the first time?
Or suggest other comparable software if necessary

Setup via remote. I am from Germany. My english is quite okay :)

 

The following processes should be automated:

 

Withdrawals
Various payment information - PDF -> Lexware

 

Incoming invoices
Various invoices -> PDF -> Lexware

 

Outgoing invoices
Invoice -> PDF -> Lexware -> Transfer order

 

Information for cleaning service
From booking portal -> check in / check out date + number of guests -> central list

I tried my best and tried to use information from my Emails. Tried a lot with Email Parser from Zapier and also from Gemail direct to Lexware without success. Maybe I think too complicated too;) 

I need someone to make it easier for me to get started :) 
I have written you a message.
