I’m running a multi-ad set lead campaign in Facebook. I have set up the Zap to: 1. Find the Facebook adset name and match it to the Mailchimp audience that contains that adset name. If it finds a match, add subscriber to the matching audience. If it doesn’t find a match, add subscriber to default audience. It didn’t do any of this...not sure where I’m going wrong.
Hi All, I need to create a Zap for quite a long Google Form. 100 questions in the Google Form are not mandatory and I would like to assign a default value for each when there is a blank answer. I know I could use the Formatter > Text > Transform > Default Value function, however I want to avoid using multiple steps. My best guess is that this could be possible using Google Sheets. Anyone have any ideas? Cheers!
I have created quizzes for my students using google forms. When I export the responses to a google spreadsheet it populates the fields with the answers selected instead of the points earned. Example of a multiple choice question: Which color is the bear's hat? Blue, Red, Green. The answer is red - earning a student 1 point. But when I export the data to a sheet the fields are populated with the answers (blue, blue, red, green, red, etc.). I would like it to populate with points earned (0, 0, 1, 0, 1, etc.) to better understand the quiz results. I have not found an add-on (or option within google) that would allow for this. I am trying to create a zap that could do this but I am unable to get it to pull that data - it only pulls the quiz total. Does anyone have any advice?
I have a custom webhook; posting an action onto a Facebook Business Manager. To do this, i use my personal FB account’s token. The automations work throughout the week, however, nearly every weekend, my Facebook gets blocked, because “Someone tried to log into your account, which doesn’t look like you.. from United States...” My account therefore gets blocked, and i have to change my password, AGAIN. Whilst my account is blocked, all the automations will fail. And once i change my password, i have to get my new token, and re-configure the automation using the new information. Is anyone else facing this problem? I used to think there genuinely was someone trying to access my FB, but we’ve now realised that its Zapier, as it only happens on the weekend, and when the Zap is on. Any feedback on how i can prevent my FB getting blocked each time would be great. Even if there is a way to say that i accept activity from certain locations in the United States! Thanks a lot!
I simply can’t seem to find a Chromebook program for this issue, so I asking… I spend most of my day creating, downloading and putting files (mostly .pdf’s) in specific folders (i.e Customers, Work, Personal, etc) on Google Drive. Nothing new there. In a lot of cases, I need to immediately attach those files to Gmail, Contactually, or some other webbase UI I happen to be on at the moment. Here’s where the problem comes in.... When I click the attachment paperclick (let’s start with Gmail), Google Drive wants to take me EVERYWHERE BUT WHERE I NEED TO GO to find that file. Sometimes, I get lucky… and it goes to that location I just saved to, but most of the time NO. If one has a fairly detailed file/folder root structure, (God forbid I try to be organized), this can get to be a huge pain in the ass, over and over and over again. Logic would dictate that my machine should know where I just saved a file on Google Drive, and/or, the last 5 files I put on Google Drive, in chronological

I’ve added a formatter>utility>spreadsheet style formula step. Formula: ISBLANK(value) the value is linked to a multiple choice answer in Typeform. If the user does not select the answer ISBLANK(value) returns true, if answer is selected the formula returns false. To achieve this i have copied the question ID, from a form where the question was completed, which roughly looks like this {} If ‘Output: true’, then it’s formatted in a lookup.table into a paragraph which then populates a custom/template field in a template google doc. When the zap completes, it creates a doc from a template. Currently when the formula returns true the doc is being created with no problems. When it returns false, the doc is not being created anymore? How can i stop this from happening?

Hi, We extensively use intercom to manage existing clients primarily. The queries are troubleshooting, questions about our processes, and visitors inquiring to register. One process which users request for, from time to time is check out. For this to take place, we have a message template saved which we send asking them to fill out 6-7 fields of information. I am looking to create a connection between our intercom account and google forms which would then automatically give the client the form and the filled in copy would be updated at our end. Any help would be appreciated!
Hey, I have a form on my website which asks “What type of business are you?” where you can select the business, the output of these are as if a checkbox, true or false. So zapier successfully imports this data, but i need all 4 of the business types to bring one output out to our CRM stating the singular business type, (The singular true). Any ideas?
Hey guys, thanks for Tweeting me the other day! I am working on automating my CMS in webflow and have tried various options over the last few days using Zapier. One collection item for example, is pulling in articles from various sources. I was originally trying this with web scrapers but they are a bit too buggy for my liking and require a lot of quality control. So now I am trying RSS, like it’s 2006. I have tried getting articles from Feedly via Zapier - that Zap works but only partly - it doesn’t pull in the full article, only a few sentences followed by an elipsis and a link to the ‘full article first appeared on ***.com’ (perhaps a copyright kind of feature - I will of course be crediting them though). At the moment my best option has been getting Feedly to send html files of the documents to Dropbox, then getting Zapier to put them into Webflow, however even with the formatting Zap I am unable to pull the specific fields desired, as per a normal blog ie. Main image and thumbn

I’m a customer builder (construction) and I’ve worked with asana, QBO, buildertrend and Coconstruct. I’ve been looking at using Asana instagant and QBO as a replacement for a company wide software like buildertrend. Some things I’m falling short on is employee (GPS) timesheets. Hi, I’m currently integrating my app on Zapier and I wanted to know if there is any way to have access to the authentication test output data into a trigger ? Concretely, my authentication test reques returns the current user ID like so : { "userId": "Q00ZZXuJmQakonYggNMkLGDs0y93"} I need to have access to this value in my triggers. I tried calling `bundle.authData.userId` but it’s incorrect.

Trying to send a salesforce attachement (PDF) to Box or Dropbox. I can’t seem to find the actual PDF document to send to Box or Dropbox. I see the attachment record and all the data, but not the actual pdf. I believe it’s actually a URL link I need. If so how to do get the PDF and send it to BOX or Dropbox. I hope that’s clear enough.

Hello, everyone, I am having trouble creating a Zap to have posts on my Facebook business page automatically create a simple post or article in my Mighty Networks community. I have tried playing with the data fields, and I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Thus far, I have only been able to get the post caption from my Facebook posts to post to Mighty Networks, not the photos/images. Thank you in advance for any help that anyone can provide.
Dear zapier community, We are trying to connect Facebook lead Ads and sending Gmail, inputting data of leads Ads to Google spread sheet. We have setted up the zap, but the zap don’t work.
