I can’t get the sms body to be transferred to the email.I always get the stupid test values I can’t see how to grab the information I just received from the SMS.
Super new to Zapier and need some help. I see a Zap for automatically updating anyone who unsubs in Mailchimp in Salesforce. But we do not keep all our subscribers in Salesforce and want to keep it that way. We only keep our donors in Salesforce. They are all currently tagged with “Donors.”I do not see a Zap that allows for additional conditionals such as, “When someone in Mailchimp unsubscribes that has a “Donors” tag, update in Salesforce.” Is there a way to add additional conditions to the automation? We don’t want to receive errors every time someone unsubs in Mailchimp who isn’t a Donor because they aren’t in Salesforce. Nor do we want to add all our subscribers to Salesforce.We currently manage all this manually via exports and imports.
Hello,I'm currently in the process of setting up a Zap to automatically send emails directly to the email addresses listed in a designated column. These emails are intended to lead to a Viator chat section with guests.During our testing of the Zap, we've observed that the content of the email appears broken or improperly formatted when received by the recipients.Could you please advise on how we can address this issue and ensure that the emails are delivered correctly without any formatting issues on the recipient's end?Thank you for your assistance.
Does anyone know of any issues with Bucket.io integrations with Zapier.I’ve set up the integration between the two, providing the API. I’ve got some evidence the connection is there, as I see zaps i have created...but I’m getting access denied errors, as if the connection is not really there.

For the Sharepoint trigger “New or Updated File”, I’m able to isolate a recently updated file in a specific library, but it doesn’t seem to pull all the metdata on that file. I have a couple of custom Sharepoint fields that I’d like to filter the next actions on and they’re nowhere to be found. Help!

Hello,so basically, we have the choice of getting up to 1-5 windows and all the windows come in different sizes. I have it set up now so it will read the email quote, grab the customer info and create a customer in xero, but i am not sure how to best set it up so it will check if how many windows the customer has, and then figure out what size each window is and match the size of the window with the items we have in xero (small, medium,large). I could make it work if using the zapier paths but it would be so many different zaps and just seems like theres a better way to accomplish this. please let me know if anyone can help!!
so my client is wanting to add instagram posts to her website and im following this guide here so im following the instructions and got first got this error when The app returned "'fields.name' is too long (maximum is 256 characters)". so i then i switch it to just be the username and then i get this error The app returned "Collection not found: 6604985bd7f7de75e3ec59a8".i go to webflow to check the collection id and it is correct what do i do

I am currently trying to find a way to extract a PDF from RightSignature signed Document. Currently the RightSignature Zapier Integration provides a tempoary URL for the signed document that only last for a hour. After that the URL is invalid. RightSignature and Sharefile are both Citrix products, yet there seems to be no way to save a file directly from Rightsignature to Sharefile. Any suggestions?
Hey guys, I’m having trouble tracing back what Zapier account is responsible for sending out a Zap that my email address to send the email. The Zap involves sending an email after a Facebook Lead Ads form being triggered. However, when I log into any Zapier accounts that could be associated with running this Zap, I can't find ANY history, though it continues to send Zaps whenever we get Facebook Leads. Is there any way to trace what account is sending the Zaps, or disconnect the Zaps? Thanks!
Hello, I’m hoping this is an easy answer! I am looking to The app i am posting my webhook to has very specific rules for what they can accept . for example for the field “loantype” if i sent in Fixed that would fail the push. So i am looking to use a text formatter in the previous step so for example if the first step sent back a value like “Fixed” i would want to transform that text into “Conventional”.

So, I am trying to set up a Zap when a Typeform is submitted that sends the results via Gmail to a specific person.i have the email set up so like this: [short intro paragraph]--[Typeform field 1] [Typeform field 2] [Typeform field 3] What is showing up in my inbox while testing the send is: [short intro paragraph]--###[Typeform field 1 question][Typeform field 1 answer] ###[Typeform field 2 question][Typeform field 2 answer] ###[Typeform field 3 question][Typeform field 3 answer] [Typeform field 1 answer][Typeform field 2 answer][Typeform field 3 answer] I cannot for the life of me figure out where the answers stacked at the bottom of the email are coming from. Anyone know of a way to either display ONLY the answers, and only once? Or even the question/answer combo without the random stacked answers at the bottom of the email? I’m not sure why it’s showing up the way it is and there’s very little wiggle room in adding the Typeform fields, so any insight would be appreciated. Thank

I can’t seem to make this work. I have a field in my MYSQL table that puts a timestamp whenever anything in the record gets changed. In step 2, I have tried using the record ID as well as the record modified timestamp field as the lookup column. The lookup value is the Dedupe Hash value. Neither option works. The google sheet never updates with changes to the MYSQL database. Any help. I reviewed a previous post from 6 months ago for the same issue, but no solution was given. Can anyone help?
Subject:Hello ,I wanted to address an issue we've encountered regarding data extraction . It appears that submission dates and report creation dates are not appearing in the Google Sheet. Upon investigation, it seems that this anomaly might be related to the device type (iOS and Web), as these two systems do not display the dates, unlike the Android system where the dates do appear.Could you please assist us in finding a solution to this anomaly? Additionally, could you provide further insight into the cause? Does Zapier only accept the Android system for data processing?

Hello, So im trying to create some zaps to move clients round in my aweber. Now i have a couple of jobs that when testing my zap, it finds the job, and address, but shows no data in the servicem8 client name and email address. however all this information is in my servicem8. What could be causing some jobs to show no data? all my clients in servicem8 are created using the servicem8 form so all the information fields are the same
